Went here today to have something notarized. I called b4 going to make sure we didn't need an appt and was advised, no. The process was quick and easy and relatively inexpensive. The girl who took care of it was pleasant and nice, especially since I haven't been able to renew my driver's license. She gave me some useful information about it which eases my mind since I am going to be closing escrow soon and have to go through the process again. Thanks!!!

George is extremely helpful! I recently got my notary commission but due to the OC clerk office being closed, I had to get my oath notarized. George helped and even gave me great, thorough advice on being a notary. Thank you so much George! :) I will definitely be back if I need your services !

Doing a search for DHL near me this place popped up . I drove over there and entered only to be met by one of the most unhelpful people I have ever encountered. When I said I have a DHL drop off he said "you have to call them to come and pick it up from here " I could call and get it picked up from my house ! Why advertise a service if you are not willing to do the service part. I will be contacting DHL to tell them how unprofessional that place was

I've never liked the lines or customer service at the Post Office, and I've had several bad experiences with UPS stores. I'm so happy that the Yelp app led me to this wonderful family-run business. The prices are excellent, and the customer service is incredible! The owner is an older gentleman named George; his daughter Sue and his granddaughter work here too. Everyone is extremely friendly , welcoming, and very helpful. The last time I visited here I needed to ship a USB stick to a friend who needed a fresh supply of TV shows to binge-watch while the Covad-19 lockdown continues. George expertly helped me figure out the best and least expensive packaging and shipping method for the USB stick. He's obviously an expert on all aspects of mail shipping and receiving; I feel like I'm in good hands whenever I come here. I won't hesitate to recommend this place or return the next time I need to have something shipped :-)

The folks at Orange Hill Mail Box are friendly and personable. You'll be treated with courtesy and respect, guaranteed. They're like good neighbors. Heck, it's a family owned and run business. But face it, you need professional service, and that's why you'd be here. Guess what, they'll deliver all that and more. And you don't have to guard your wallet; pricing is very reasonable. Though there is competition, there's a good reason they've been around a long time. One visit and you'll understand.
