Whoever rates these guys any higher obviously has very low standards and no concept of quality customer service.Let me start off by saying that the floor manager on duty is extremely arrogant and insulted me when I asked a question about the difference between two products. Between the floor manager and the cashier neither of them gave me any response about the difference between products.Why would an individual work at a company and be clueless about the products that they sell? Let's not forget toention that all of their products are too high in price. The same products are sold at Walmart for half the price of staples.There's nobody in the store. Store is dead and staff have zero energy.

Horrible customer service the man in the Edgar haircut was extremely rude and acting very strange when we politely ask him to open the bathroom door for us like it was a bother onto him or something and when we were heading out we realize that a group of them about five we’re just standing and talking not even doing anything around the store so why were they so bother to opening up the door for us

This staples is horrible customer service!!! I go to other staples and they always help me print colored stuff and help me resize it. I don't know how to resize items I need and that's why I go to staples. If I knew how to do it, I would just do it myself! Other staples has never given me an issue till today. The person working today, literally wasted 15 minutes of my time. I explained I needed to print color but different size and he told me to print it myself over there. So I tried to do it but there was no option for resizing. I tried to ask for help but he was with a customer. 5-6 People were waiting behind me and I felt rushed. So I printed one and it was incorrect. It's 4:40 and he says he can't help me till 6pm? You're kidding me. That's over an HOUR. There's other employees just standing there doing nothing. I'm not sure if they know how to work the printing items but he didn't even let me know if he's by himself or why it would take so long. If you communicated with me that it would take long "because...." I would be more emphatic towards the situation. Just saying "I can't help you till 6pm." Doesn't make a customer feel good. If you want people not to be angry/frustrated, let them know you're by yourself, backed up or not enough employees and it will make the customer feel for you. I'm never coming back here.

DISGUSTING service!!!I needed to take ID photos for 4 people and get them both in paper and digital form.At first they told me that they could not send my photo to my email. When I asked - why is that so, they did not answer anything intelligible, referring to some of their own rules.Then I tried to scan already printed photos to at least get them in digital form. As it turned out, the scanner can only scan in *PDF, and besides, he could not determine the size of the photos, which, of course, is less than A6. That is, it is also impossible to scan them!I didn’t expect such antediluvian equipment in a specialized store!Then the worker offered me to buy an additional flash drive, to which he would put the photos. I agreed.But then, when we waited for some more time, he said that for each photo we need to buy a separate flash drive! That is, for 4 photos - 4 flash drives! Moreover, he could not explain the reasons for such a strange proposal, again referring to some ridiculous rules.I agreed to this as well.So on top of that, this incompetent worker didn't even bother to add a background to my son's photo, and the top border of the photo is cut off at the hair, which doesn't meet the requirements of any documents!As a result, we paid 86 dollars for 4 flash drives that no one needed, and 3 photos instead of 4.I will never go to them again and I strongly DO NOT recommend to others !!!P.S. By the way, in the store of the same net "Staples" in LA, they took photos and sent us via email, as we asked.

I have always had a great experience at this Staples. They are a large store with a wide selection. Prices can be a little cheaper online but they will always honor that price to match it in store. Today I had the pleasure of having Kimberlee assist me. She was so friendly, efficient, helpful and extremely professional. She did all she could to be sure my visit today was exceptional. What a great experience thanks to Kimberlee. We need more people like her that care about their customers.

Sam needs to not work in customer service ever again. Put her in the back stocking shelves. She should not be on the floor helping customers. In fact the way she talks to co workers she shouldn't be in any work place. See a therapist about b cluster personality disorders and get on disability because you shouldn't be in public sam

Our hotels printer was broken and Gary helped us print some necessary documents right as the store was supposed to be closing. He was courteous and helpful.

I do my business shopping at this location & today was a horrible experience!!I felt harassed & profiled by employees following me around everywhere I went. As I walked to the register I had two other's cross paths to the exit as if I was running to the front door. & to the male employee, lost prevention, under cover, store manager or who ever you were (with out a uniform) as I walked to the register to pay, walked backwards and looked over at me from head to toe , you are disgusting!!Thanks again for making me feel uncomfortable!!

Gary in tech is rather rude for someone identifying as a manager. Came here one day to browse their selections for an office device that’s expensive enough to merit some questions before purchase. I asked this Gary guy, who had been tailing me up and down the aisle, about differences in specs between models on display… but for every reasonable question asked or specific sought, he simply pointed at the generic signs and rebuffed, “Well, that’s what it means” or “Says right there.” He provided zero effort to elaborate, pitch a product or show curiosity at a customer’s question. No big deal. I continued to explain my intended use and some issues I’ve encountered in the past with competing brands. No interest from him. I thought perhaps it’s late in the evening and everyone’s energy is waning, so I let that bizarre encounter pass and decided to do my own research at home before returning another day.Really, I wouldn’t have given his manner of service any thought had I not been met by Gary with the same inattention and unfriendly tone once more. When I returned a few days later, I was weary to ask for any more info and simply asked for a stock check on the item I intended to buy. “Right there,” he pointed. What do you mean? “That’s it. It’s on clearance.” I can see it’s on clearance, but that doesn’t answer my question. “It’s all we have.” Sorry, I’m confused. Only the display is available? I’ve never bought a display before. Does it come with a box? “I don’t have a box.” Does it come with a manual, warranty or anything else? No response.Back at the counter, I had to ask about his off behavior. “It’s just been a weeeiiiird, crazy few minutes.” Sorry, weird? Have I been bothersome as a customer? Is there a manager? “I’m the manager.”Employees are human too. They got days when maybe personal matters spill into work, as it often does in the other direction. I get that some customers can annoy with their curiosities. I’m just an ordinary customer, though— a customer who appreciates in-store shopping and expects the same appreciation in return. But now I see: at least there’s no Gary at Amazon.Never one to publish online (this is my first), but the encounter was so bizarre I feel a duty to share with you all publicly.

Other than the a rude girl at the chasers, my experience here has been good. A little pricey but convenient.
