Stopped by the other day to mail a package. Normally the post office is a stressful experience with a long line but this time the line was short and the service was great. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the price. Next time I plan to bring my own envelope to prevent having to buy them in the store. In conclusion, the establishment was clean and I will be coming back.

CAPS FOR MY VISION. I RECEIVED NO MAIL ON DEC 1 ALTHOUGH DELIVERY EMAIL SHOWS A LETTER FROM SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION DUE THAT DAY. AND STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL THR TUSTIN ST. P.O. FOR 2 HOURS NOW AND ALL THE CALLS ARE BEING IGNORED, THE PHONE RINGS UNTIL THE RINGING STOPS AND A BEEPING/BUSY SOUND BEGINS. THANKS TO THE MANY INCOMPETENT MAIL CARRIERS CONSTANTLY CHANGING THAT WE HAVE HAD THE PAST MONTHS/YEARS, MY FULL PERSONAL INFORMATION, MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, AND MY ADDRESS ARE NOW IN SOMEONE ELSES HANDS. WE HAVE REPORTED THIS TO USPS AND WILL DRIVE TO TUSTIN ST. P.O. TO REPORT CONSTANT MISSING MAIL. MANY TIMES THISNHAS HAPPENED AND EACH TIME TUSTIN ST. USPS HAVE IGNORED CALLS. FOR THE PAST 12 YEARS I HAVE HAD MANY MAIL DELIVERY ISSUES SINCE I MOVED HERE.

One lady who works here is super nice but everyone else is UNHELPFUL. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered; it went out for delivery but was never marked as delivered. I submitted a service request online and went into USPS. The nice lady looked in the back and found a different package but was unable to locate the package. She said she would have the vehicle searched and someone would give me a call. I received 3 different calls. the first on stated that the GPS in my building doesn't work which is why the package couldn't be marked as delivered. this a blatant lie because it has never been an issue before. the second call said that because the package was so small it was lost. Then the third call said they found the package and it would be delivered. The day it was delivered I immediately go to the mailbox and guess what? It was the WRONG PACKAGE.The package i was supposed to receive was1. from Santa Paula, CA2. had a USPS tracking number3. was 5oz4. was shipped in a boxthe package they delivered was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PACKAGE. The package they delivered was so different from what it was supposed to be that I actually surprised that mail ever gets delivered. The incorrect package (from China, with China post tracking number, 10oz, shipped in soft mailer) had the missing packages tracking info rubber banded to the package with a note to deliver to mailbox.Immediately when I saw this package I knew it was wrong so i went BACK to USPS for the second time. The nice lady confirmed that this wasn't the correct package because she's not an idiot and can read / notice all the things i noted above. She confirmed that the delivery person MANUALLY entered the tracking number to mark it as delivered. The package was insured up to $100 and at this point I just wanted a refund. She said that they would need to delete the manual delivery notification before I could file a claim and that someone would call me to confirm this is done. The next day Randy calls me and after explaining the situation to him for 20 minutes, he puts me on hold and confirms the package was manually marked as delivered... as if i didn't already know that??? he says that all i can do now is submit an insurance claim online and that it would be easier if the seller did it. i asked if i could come in person to start the insurance claim process and he said no DESPITE IT SAYING ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT I CAN DO THIS IN PERSON. He says he's going to send me an email stating that this was USPS fault so i can submit it to my bank or the seller for a refund. I forward it to the seller and ask why the delivery notification hasn't been deleted since it is preventing me or the seller from submitting the insurance claim (based on what the nice lady said). Then Randy responds via email and lets me and the seller know that the reason we can't submit an insurance claim isn't because of the incorrect delivery notification but instead because it wasn't insured EVEN THOUGH ON MY END/THE SELLERS END IT CLEARLY SAYS INSURED UP TO $100.... This is actually so insane to me. I can't believe it's been sooooo hard to get my package or an insurance claim for a package that clearly states it has insurance.I went back to USPS today for the THIRD time. I asked to speak directly with the manager as no progress has been made to give me an insurance reimbursement. He initially (incorrectly) stated the seller needs to be the one who submits an insurance claim. I showed him the USPS website that specifically says EITHER the seller or the recipient can file an insurance claim. I also let him know that I was tired of being told I can only submit insurance claim online despite the USPS website saying it can be done in person. I made it clear that I want this handled in person since every time i leave I am contacted with contradictory information. He got another man to come talk to me regarding a refund and they tried to convince me to do it online but i was clear that i wanted to do it there. it took forever but i finally got

The person named Jose who was helping with my passport was pretty unprofessional. Me and my family went for my appointment and Jose refused to help us out because we didn’t schedule for “2 appointments and we only did for photo”. Irl he could’ve simply processed for us. So he made us go home and return later. So when we returned back Jose was about to help us but then randomly just took a break. So we waited for an extra 15 minutes. Overall Jose was unprofessional and needs to be warned.

We live right by the post office. The excessive honking of the mail trucks and personal cars every single day multiple times a day is getting real old. If there’s some way for anyone who works there to see this please stop. There’s people who live around the post office. There’s no need to honk so much like that. Even if it’s to say hello to a co-worker.

I read other people reviews based on their experience and I also try to find a USPS store to work at and so far my experience there has been poor. No one is answering and I am not wanting to work at a store that has bad reviews. No wonder this place has two stars. Ugh...

I've had to send several refunds on my eBay store losing a tremendous amount of money because these lazy, slow , sloth like workers who are overpaid and cannot do their job. These guys can't even scan packages properly just to get the tracking into the system. Today is June 6th 2023. I will be in today taking with the post master. I hope they have a good explanation for this becuase it's not a one time thing it's every time.!!!!!!!!!

I am writing this review to share my experience with the Postal Service regarding mail delivery issues. Unfortunately, I have been facing an ongoing problem with the Postal Service delivering my mail to the wrong address. This has been happening for quite some time, and despite several attempts to rectify the situation, the issue has not been resolved.I have written a letter to the Postal Service to request assistance and provide details about the issue, but unfortunately, I did not receive a response. This lack of response and follow-up has been frustrating and disappointing. While I appreciate the work that the Postal Service does, I am disappointed with the handling of my mail delivery issues. The delivery of mail to the wrong address is not only inconvenient for me, but it also creates difficulties for the recipient of my mail.I hope that the Postal Service can take the necessary steps to address this issue and prevent it from happening in the future. Overall, my experience with the Postal Service has been disappointing due to the ongoing issue with mail delivery and lack of response to my request for assistance.

Once again, my visit to the post office today was nothing short of excellent. I received assistance from two different gentlemen, one of whom I believe was named Frederick. Both individuals were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and polite. Despite having closer UPS or FedEx options, I always make the effort to come to this post office. Not only have I never encountered any issues with my packages here, but their prices are also more affordable. The staff's remarkable demeanor and their ability to swiftly handle the line make every visit efficient and hassle-free. This post office is truly a standout in terms of service and convenience.

Absolute, ridiculously bad customer service. They lose my package and make me wait up front for a supervisor to come up who never comes up. One hour of my day wasted for someone not to help me. I just wish that people could be held accountable for their actions. My package is still missing no idea where It is at. I think I should just start using fedex or UPS only.

Mail delivered anytime from 10am until 7pm because I'm on a pickup route. That means no regularly scheduled mail carrier. It's been that way for 22 years. Sometimes they deliver the mail to the wrong address because the carrier doesn't check the sort which is done by machine. Service? Not really.
