This is a GREAT little USPS post office! The staff is friendly, helpful, upbeat & knowledgeable. Parking can be challenging, but there are always spots behind the post office building. I far prefer this post office to larger ones…..lines are usually short and staff is efficient, so lines move fairly quickly.

Awesome service. Super helpful and kind. Made the process very enjoyable ! Only one person working but she still took the time to help me box and tape my item to prevent damage.

Second worst post office in Orange. Slow service. Always a line. It always seems to only be one person working who hates their job. The one star is because it is close to my home.

The most convenient post office in the world! It is a very tiny USPS location and I'm fortunate to live 2 minutes away from there. I am often a busy person that works at a 8-4:30 job also manage an online business which I typically ship my buyers' packages around 5 to 5:30 after finishing work. Their hours are wonderful and I am grateful for them to operate an hour extra daily (including Saturdays) for us since other post offices close at 4 or 5 as the latest. Thank you USPS on East Chapman for being so convenient for me in every way and helping me deliver my buyers' orders on the exact same day of purchase. Your staff are very helpful too! They may be grouchy at times due to the stressful work environment but, they are actually friendly at heart.On weekdays, they close at 5:30 and 4:00 on Saturdays. Isn't their schedule awesome? No other post office in OC opens that late. Kudos to them!

Lady didnt know what i was even talking about. how hard is it to learn english? why do we allow people who dont fully understand english to help people, work such important jobs? a postal job isnt even that important, but still. I hate coming here. I hate the united states postal service. i hate the service they give. nothing has ever been good about a usps store.

I had the best experience today at the Chapman Post Office. I had to return pillow cases & I didn't receive a pre paid label, which I thought I had. The employee, Lorie, was a rock star! She helped me stuff these pillow cases into an envelope so I got the best shipping price possible. She really went above & beyond. It was very much appreciated.

I sometimes have to use this location because it’s the last one open in the area. Every single time I come in with packages the women behind the desk are extremely inconvenienced to I guess do their jobs and type in the information for my packages. Always frustrating and sad as we intentionally use USPS to keep them open. Yet they make me feel like a burden and inconvenience.I am also just trying to do my job and get our packages out.

This place is a hellscape. It wasn't even crowded when I went there but the vibes still somehow managed to be absolutely wretched and chaotic. I lost myself in the beguilements of their gross illusions and ended up paying extra money for things. I left feeling wasted and used. I might put a curse on the lady who was a b**** to me about tape.
