I didn't buy anything from this store in the Orange Shopping Outlet Center in the Orange County region, but the Victoria Secret brand and its products are sold and preferred products that have been on the market for a long time. They have probably turned to Chinese goods in terms of production. Because such companies usually outsource their production abroad, otherwise the prices remain very high. I don't think the prices of the Victoria Secret brand are high either.

I took my wife here on a Saturday before Christmas and boy was the outlet where this store is at was busy. Finding parking was already difficult because everyone came here to stop. When we walked into this Victoria Secret store, they had a decent amount of guest but there was employee throughout the store if you needed help. We found a worker and my wife was able to get her measurements. The worker was very helpful and answered all my wife questions. The fitting room was toward the back of the store near the checkout. They had like 10 different people working the checkout so it helped move the line faster. My wife was really happy with her purchases because of the great deals they had here.

George was very kind. As soon as I walked in, he was ready to help. A couple of the other girls didn't offer help and saw me looming and trying to find something. I appreciate his kind help and service. I appreciate your attentiveness. God bless you, happy holidays

When you pay that line is not disabled friendly. The line is so thin that a wheelchair cannot get through. My daughter and other customer's were kind enough to move everything around so I could get through.

Some employees are rude! There were more employees monitored customers on the floor than working at the checkout. A cashier even forced me to enroll in the VS & Pink Program. A blonde hair middle age employee grabbed away a bunch of panties in front of me while I was checking the material. Another employee told me to check the drawer instead of the display table. Yeah I saw the sign already, you don't need to tell me that! Never coming back!

There is a cute little sales lady who works at the Victoria Secrets in Main Place Mall. Her name is Sophia. She is amazing! So knowledgable, so friendly. She treats you like a family member. I went with a friend a few weeks ago who was fortunate to be helped by Sophia. We were so impressed by Sophia, we went back today when we were told she would be working. It turns out I was in the completely wrong size bra. I am very saggy and Sophia worked with me to get my girls where they should be. Wohoo! I feel so much better! Sophia even told us how to care for the bras to keep them lasting longer. I always thought VS just had sexy clothes. They do but my new bras are more practical. Everyone should go see Sophia!
