Freight pickup & delivery at my home business. I've dropped off freight at their terminal on Orange. They have always been very helpful and do a good job.

Absolutely terrible. I had a load picked up last friday and it still has not delivered.. When I call corporate all they tell me is that they cannot get a hold of the terminal.. I have left voicemails at every extension at the terminal including the "manager" and nobody has returned my calls.. This is completely unacceptable customer service.. Do NOT use them, unless you like waiting on your shipments for days with NO communication, and dealing with offshore customer service who do not help. I finally JUST got responses using the online chat feature, and they told me that this terminal is 4 days behind and my load will be further delayed.

Worst experience ever with a freight company yet. Shipment took 23 days to move 85 miles, tracking number changed 3 times, told multiple times the shipment was loaded onto a trailer and would be delivered. That went on for 2 weeks almost daily. Customer service is worthless, they have no idea what is actually happening. The load was 101 rolls of fabric that were palletized, when the trailer arrived it looked like they threw a couple pallets on the deck and piled the rolls on top of them. The truck arrived without a liftgate that was requested multiple times. The result was we had to unload by hand. Extremely disappointing service.

Horrible experience with this company. Bike was to be delivered on wednesday. I called them wednesday, thursday, friday. On friday end of the day they finally call back and say a DELIVERY APPOINTMENT has to be scheduled. So why didn't we do it on any of the previous days, when we pro actively reached out.

One of the least pleasant carriers I've ever had the misfortune to work with. Drivers are typically unprofessional and/or rude, usually smell like they just crawled out of a whiskey bottle and if they're not late, they're either hours early and upset with you for not being ready or they just don't show up at all. Must be nice to have a job that easy

I've meant to leave a review for a while now. I had a new Couch, Recliner & Coffee Table shipped by them from Florida to Orange, California in mid October. I arranged it online. They picked up & delivered just as I had scheduled/they promised & everything arrived undamaged. They also kept in contact with me through the process. I was hesitant to use them from their reviews here but I don't have a negative thing to say about the process. The store I had bought from online decided to stop shipping out-of-state because of COVID. YRC really came through for me. Thank You!

Worst experience with this company. Driver never mentioned additional fees from an eBay purchase. Now i'm getting bills for $170 from this company and they wont respond to email, phone or mail. Specifically Norma Raygoza who is the contact for billing. And to top it off they delivered the engine broken fallen off the pallet. Very unprofessional.

Unbelievable. I schedule the delivery a week out, take off time at work to be home to sign for it (which I had no idea I had to do in the first place)...get a call right before I leave work and they need to reschedule! WTF. Screwed up my schedule with many other plans. SO, I reschedule for the next day, I CALL to make sure they are coming (which they say yes), and then an hour later get a call to say "make sure you have 2 or 3 people to help the driver deliver the heavy load." WTF part 2. SERIOUSLY? I have to help unload the freight??? Isn't that their job? This is a law suit waiting to happen. SOOOOO unprofessional.

We were told we would receive our package on Friday and the tracking number showed we would also receive it on Friday, but now the shipment is just sitting in their warehouse until Tuesday. "Palette didn't make it out". Very unreliable
