Thank you Camille and Michael Bjordahl for helping me pick out a Sonata! I really enjoyed having them both help me pick my new car. No pressure, very authentic people. Both of them were very transparent on all deals the dealership was offering, the fees I may have to pay, down payments, monthly payments, etc, everything you need to know before you sign the contract.
Ask for Michael Bjordahl if you’re going to Oxnard Hyundai. He’s extremely knowledgeable about every car on the lot. He can tell you what the trim level is just by looking at the car from a distance, and talk to you about the features that trim level offers before you even reach the car to look inside. He’s a total car enthusiast, and a role model for what every salesperson should be.

I was at Alexander Hyundai of Oxnard today and I can't be any more satisfied with the great service I received today by Rolando Reyes. He was very polite, great costumer service and so fast to get all the services my car needed to get done he went above and beyond and provided me with a free car wash plus snacks coffee and water. Thank YOU man

Amazing experience. Both Cornelius and Ed helped my wife and I a bunch, we went in only to look at the cars but came out with a beautiful Santa Fe. Excellent customer service, both were kind and friendly. 10/10 recommend.
Will definitely be back for our next vehicle.

We recently had an outstanding experience at Alexander Hyundai of Oxnard, and I felt compelled to share my positive experience. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the professionalism and no-pressure approach of the staff. They were genuinely ready to make a deal that worked for us.
Cornelius, in particular, has been the best salesperson we have ever worked with. He is honest, hardworking, and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. His professionalism and dedication were evident throughout the entire process. Without a doubt, we will return to him when we need to purchase another car.
The finance team is also top-notch. They were willing to go out of their way to make sure we were happy with the purchase and the terms of our financing. Their customer service was exceptional, making the entire buying process smooth and stress-free.

Gino was so competent and made the experience stress-free. I've bought MANY cars in my 50 years and this was by far the BEST experience. David Rodgers is the most low key financial manager I've ever dealt with. I didn't feel pressured at all. Highly recommend.

I had a good experience today with Cornelius and David Rodgers. I want to thank both for helping me today. Cornelius made me and my siblings feel comfortable. He wasn't trying to sell me a car. He simply asked what im looking for and didn't try to persuade me to buy a Hyundai brand. So thank you for being amazing Cornelius. Thank you, Manager David Rodgers, for going above and beyond on bringing our monthly payments lower than what we initially agreed for, also giving us the 3yr warranty without any extra charges (Yes I did check the contract as I was skeptical) which was unbelievable for us, especially in today's economy. If anyone is looking for a sales person with integrity, Cornelius is the man to go to!

I take my car here for service regularly l. Rolando is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He has gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions and genuinely does his job well. Bought a car from here some time ago. I had a check from a bank and just wanted to buy a car and leave. The sales guy insisted on trying to run my credit for a better rate… You already have a sale. Do not try to see if you can make extra on the commission by messing with my credit score. I’m squared away.

My wife and I were thoroughly pleased and impressed by the professionalism, the customer service, and the friendly demeanor displayed and provided by the Sales and Financing staff at Alexander Hyundai. We went in to explore buying a new car, and multiple members of the staff helped us, paid attention and listened to us as we explained what we wanted, and took special actions to accommodate our needs. We were looking for an EV and the staff pulled one from the garage that had just been traded in. We were able to test drive it right away and sales staff assured us it would be fully refurbished (which it was) to meet certified pre-owned criteria. The staff was very reasonable as we came to terms on a final dollar amount for the sale, warranty, and service package. Plus, the staff was very accommodating about submitting materials for us to claim EV tax incentives when we file next year. We walked away feeling we were listened to, our needs were met, and that we got exactly what we were looking for. An all around positive experience! Special mentions for Donald Garcia, Todd Mark, and Ed Mallory. You all went above and beyond to get us exactly what we were looking for. Thank you all!

We are Buying a car from this shop. Gave a $5k deposit three days ago. Still waiting for it to be detailed and smogged. The sales people like Todd and Gino are great, however their sales manager is NOT. Bad attitude, very poor attention to detail. .I have made two trips to dealership because they told me it was ready only for him to tell me it would be ready in 40 minutes. When I asked him to call me when it was done he refused and told me to just come in, it will be done in 40 minutes.
With a lot full of cars they may consider getting a better manager. They are lucky those two sales people don't follow his example.
