Dropped off a package for delivery on a Monday and was told it would get there in two days. The package didn’t arrive til the following Monday. I called customer service three times and they all lied about why it was late. I gave the employee the address that was written down and he messed up entering in the info. The package ends up being late and customer service didn’t tell me why until I confronted them about it. Tried to get a refund but because it’s not priority, they said they couldn’t do anything. Pathetic af. Should have went to UPS or USPS instead.

Was in a pinch on printing out a real estate presentation. Had some problems with finalizing so had no time on the back end. Called a couple “office stores “ and got a standard “no go” until later the next day. Called this Kinkos and spoke to an employees that said even though they were the only one in store they would see what they could do. Sent the job over and within a couple hours got a notice the job was done! Dropped by and picked it up and it was bound and ready to go!!! Saving the day and the upcoming appointment. Thank you Mary!

Writing a review for FedEx because Barry was so patient, kind and helpful and I'm just not used to that! He helped me with a silly tricky situation and made sure I didn't need to stress about it. Very cool! Thanks BarryBack again with another tricky project. Same great service! Rodrigo helped me today and I was on my way in minutes! This is a great shop

Came in to print some documents. Employees didn't approach or assist unless asked. Answers were generic and short and that was that. Feeing like they didn't want to be bothered, I did work up the courage to approach Daniel. He helped and assisted me on the computer which is what I really just needed to do. Thankful for him! I also left 2 documents after printing on accident (printer lagged) but when I called half an hour later or so, it was still there! Thanks again, Daniel! For being approachable and for going beyond.

I just needed to print out a single document. I have a printer at home; however, that printer has been giving me trouble on and off. It seems like every time I need to print something out, the printer "needs to be aligned." Or it's nearly "out of ink," although I just recently got all the ink refilled. After screaming, "What do you want from me?!" at the machine, I decided to go to fedex to get the document printed. I haven't been here for awhile, so when I walked up, I was shocked to discover the building was being cleaned out and pretty much empty. Seeing the dejected look on my face, a lady came out to let me know that they had moved....to the other side of Vineyard cafe. So I made my less than minute walk over. The new location seems as big as the old location, but newer looking. Prepared with my email password and credit card, I readied myself to quickly log into the computer that charges 45 cents a minute for internet in order to go to my email and print out my document. However, an employee there asked me if I was printing out something from my email. "Yes," I answered. "Well, you can send your document to
[email protected]. You'll receive an email with a code to put in the printer, then you can print out your document."I did exactly what he suggested. I got the code within a minute or two. You can preview the document (just to make sure you have the right one), then you use your credit card to pay to print it out. I think the one page cost me like 18 cents. After I got my much needed document, I seriously considered buying a bat to go all "Office Space" on my at-home printer. FedEx office was 5 stars for me, but my at-home printer gets a F for frustrating!

Worst customer service ever today I have been coming here to get copies and the gentleman seemed like he didn't wanna take the time to help out referred me to a machine that wouldn't take my payment they I told him that the last time I was helped by a person behind the counter and I quote " is that what you want " and I said yes we both preceeded to walk to the counter then he whispered in some ones ear and just ignored me didn't come back and say anything like it will be one minute just left me standing there.Worst customer service ever today from here

Today I went into the store to make a shipping label which would be my first ever so I can say that my Anxiety levels was pretty high but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very nice lady who took the time to teach me how to use the print and go machine and also how to upload money on a FedEx prepaid card I believe her name is carlina. Very friendly staff at this location will definitely be back.

Walked in, greeted another customer who said, "nobody here." I think she was hoping I worked there. She said she had rung the bell, but she did so again several more times. We could clearly hear the bell ring in the back area. She had two returns, sitting on the counter. After what seemed an eternity, a man appeared. Greeted us, and the asked if we rang the bell. "many times" my reply. He asked what we needed, and the lady began to explain she needed to return two boxes. He stooped over and began to read her labels - I said, "I just need an envelope." No response. "Hello, I just need an envelope please." Other customer offered that he could certainly hand me an envelope. .. During the time we were waiting, we had chatted, and she said she normally goes elsewhere, specifying a location on Main St in Ventura. By the time I realized this guy was not going to hand me an envelope, I looked at her, and said I'd go try the other place. Walked out. Kinkos in Ventura was very fast and friendly, BTW.

Came here with drop off returns to Dell. The person at the counter couldn't figure out how to accept my return labels. A shrug of the shoulders and 'I don't know' is what I received after lugging 2 not-so-light Monitors out here to return. No manners. No courtesy. Won't be returning. Do better, FedEx. What's your excuse, 'the pandemic?'

I'm giving this FedEX five-stars because of a single employee: Karlyna. She took her time to help me design business cards over a three visit period. She was communicative, including emails, and just a joy to work with. Yes, biz card can be done online cheaper, but FedEx has the paper I wanted and the personal attention that I needed to makes things come our right. The right person makes a difference.
