Very good gym. The training team is excellent. I had a problem with my neck and Tyler, the PT manager, helped me focus on the exercises to mitigate the problem. My wife works out with Josh, and says he is very knowledgeable, attentive and a good coach.

The place is good but there are always a lot of people and the women at the desk are very despotic if they hear you speak Spanish. And they give you many excuses to cancel your membership. I've been trying for months and no one has been able to help me.

The worst experience I have had in a gym is with Gold's gym
1- They are VERY insistent that you purchase the most expensive plans with “offers”
2- They are VERY insistent that you make an appointment with a coach who is expensive and intensely insistent, they even show their angry face when you don't do it
3- They never tell you that when your membership ends they will continue to be charged even if you don't go, I lost my card and stopped going thinking that the charges would stop but that wasn't the case
4- They give you an amount to cancel which is around 100 dollars and they say that they will help you cancel but that is not the case.
5- Several people call you and contradict each other, they say that they can't help you cancel, others told me yes but I had to go to the gym and when I arrive they tell me that they can't help me cancel there
6- They still have the nerve to tell you to do whatever you want but you have to pay or they will keep running and they threaten to send your payment to collection
Seriously, if I could give it 0 stars I would without a doubt, this is a scam! They never tell you things clearly until you want to cancel.
