My custom beverage is notorious for being difficult to make. This makes ordering my drink something I have become a little apprehensive about due to the reactions I've received. However, at this location I am always treated with such positive energy and happiness!! Madis always makes my experience better than the last and I don't know how she does it lol It's the simple things like letting me know that my drink is not a problem to make and asking how my day is going. Dealing with everyone at the location is always so wonderful too!! Everyone is also always pleasantly presentable!! ???✨Dietary restrictions: ???

I have no clue how these employees stay so friendly and professional. This is one of the more hectic Starbucks I’ve been to and whenever i go people are demanding things of the employees, uninteresting in waiting during rushed, etc, but the workers handle everything with patience and grace. Plus my drinks taste great!

Everytime I come here they missing some ingredient so can't make a certain drink today I ordered 2 hot chocolates and only received one a different cash register guy was working went up to complain explaining I wanted two hot chocolates instead the guy ordered me a chai tea don't know how you mix up a simple drink I still don't know if I even got charged extra since it was a venti chia tea and not a hot cocoa

I have never been to such a bad Starbucks in my life. We literally waited half an hour through the drive thru, they were out of our drink which happens I know, but the line was backed up and took forever just to have someone take our order. Idk if they had issues inside or difficult customers but it seems rather ridiculous to have to wait so long in line, to order and to have the card reader broken down. Thank goodness we had cash this time, cause we usually don't. There shouldn't be such a pause just for an oder to be taken and and it wasn't even rush hour.

I prepaid from the app, an online coffee order to be picked up. When I got to the window. The guy at the window yelled at me that I needed to let him know that I was here by talking to the drive through Intercom. I usually come in to pick up my app orders so I did not know that I had to do that and I thought my order would be waiting for me when i got to the window. So, I replied to his demand: Well, you know, I'm here now and my name is Vicky, can you just give me my coffee order that I paid for? He proceeded to reprimand me so I started to get irritated and said: Just give me my coffee. And he told me to quit yelling. So I finally just said to him: you know what, you're being rude to me and you're not worth it, so forget it! Then I just drove off. And I never got my coffee. But I did pay for it. My unfilled order #70372196 at Starbucks 1921 N. Rose, Oxnard, CA. I do not know the burista's name, but he was a big mean and angry man. I ended up going to another Starbucks close by. Got my coffee at the 2nd place and the staff there was great. What I expect from Starbucks and thier usual good customer service. I guess there is a bad apple in every bunch

I was just here. Long wait. The people that ordered behind me got their drinks before I did. Told them I was not happy with my drinks, would not correct it do finally the the girl that in charge , Madis; or whatever her name is remade it. I told her to look and compare the drinks ; and said there is nothing wrong with it. Literally the drinks do not look the same. I have been drinking the same thing everyday.. don't u think I would know when it is not done correctly. Unorganized. Bad customer service. Don't know what they are doing. Not coming bad. A lot can be fix at this place. First thing is to admit that you are wrong and not to talk back to your customer .. REGARDLESS! Please everyone.. take your business somewhere else. This place is not worth your time and money. Like to give you a zero star if I could.

Today your barista Camila showed great service. There was a long wait time for my order pick up and it seemed no one cared about my order or me waiting there until she came in, thank you for noticing. She had just clocked in and took the initiative to help a customer, need more people like her handing our drinks when it's busy!
