I needed to have some documents notarized and walked in with a sweet greeting by a young lady along with a young man smiles all around then a women came out and introduced herself Ana was very accommodating and quick everything took less then 15mins and they offered to mail it for me . Win Win their is a UPS closer to me but I will make the drive to visit Anna and her staff

If I could give it a 0 I would. **THEY STEAL PACKAGES*** this not the first time I’ve had my packages opened and resealed to take what’s inside. The “manager” on the clock can’t ever do anything because they need the boss. Why are you the manager then???

Called to find out if we needed an appt for livescan. Was told no appt needed. They close at 7pm. We hustled over from Ventura only to be told they closed the live scanning at 6:30. It was 6:40. Come on why couldn’t they tell us that over the phone. Wont ever go there ever again

I have been going to the Doris UPS store for about 4 years. I usually go about four times a week and have mailed hundreds of packages from there. Yesterday I went there and there was a young male outside the front door smoking weed it stunk so bad. To my surprise he went inside and went directly behind the counter.I couldn't believe he worked there.The store is tiny and stunk like weed, all the customers instantly smelled it. When my son brought the package to the desk it was already labeled and had security stickers on it also had fragial stickers.They then asked him what was in the box and he refused to tell them.So the pot head kid began shaking the box.I have never been asked what is in a box ever at any UPS or Fedex location. The box contained a very expensive computer. I felt the place was very shady.And extreamly unprofessional. I have never been to a business where the workers a permitted to smoke weed at the front door. I will never go back

Went in with multiple Amazon boxes and some confusion as I had multiple QR codes for returning these Packages. Samantha and Juan were extremely patient, funny when engaging in conversation, and overall helpful with my returns. Need more employees like them. Thank you Juan and Samantha!

I'm there every week and the staff are always friendly and helpful. It's a small store that gets busy, customers can be impatient jerks but the employees do a great job. No complaints

Their notary person here doesn't do apostille and doesn't even know what it is.I was also informed that UPS doesn't do apostille services.

The employees were super nice and helpful. Came in with a bulky Amazon return without a box and they were incredibly helpful getting my return processed. Would recommend coming back for shipping.
