The family and I had an amazing time at this establishment earlier tonight. Customer service was great, pizzas (Pikes Peak & Pepperoni), Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing's and Pizza Cookie were delicious and watching the kids play Mrs. Pacman was nostalgic.

The food was fresh and of high quality. A bit too much sauce for my liking but the staff was amazing and they even gave us a sample of their desert pizza ! The cheesy garlic knots were the star of the show ! They were soft and crunchy at the same time. Would visit again next time for sure .

Got a pizza and garlic sticks to go. Service was good and fast. Food was very good. The place was clean but not very lively.

It was a late night in Carmel and most eateries were closed for the night so we decided to order for delivery. When my pizza arrived, I noticed the driver forgot to drop-off my drinks. I called the restaurant and they advised I could file for a refund, no apologies whatsoever for forgetting a piece of my order. I got my refund on my drinks, but I had lost my appetite as who wants to eat pizza with no beverage! So disappointed and steer away from this place for delivery!

In town for a conference and had a craving for some pizza. This pizza is sooo good. I loved that the crust was crispy but not burnt. Salad bar was fresh, and the staff were super friendly!

The pizza was fine, but beware price gouging! Our pizza was supposed to be $23.98 and we had a $2 coupon. So, our pizza rings up at $25.98 and they subtracted the coupon to make it regular price. What a deal! I suspect they just hope you don't pay attention. When I questioned the cashier, he came up with all kinds of excuses, starting with "Our prices just went up." Then another employee says to give us our money back, so he texts the owner. The cashier tells us we can come back in a few days to check on our refund, there's nothing he can do. It's not the $2, it's the principle that left a bad taste in our mouths!

Great service! We sat over 25 people, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pizza was great and so was the salad. Low key and the dozen children played games.Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly, games and good food.

Mountain Mike's is a classic "pizza joint." And their pizzas are pretty darn good! Will, the young man who greeted me today had the most welcoming and friendly smile. He was professional and quick, yet relaxed and on the ball.... If you're doing Keto, you can order a medium pepperoni, ask for extra pepperoni and cheese, and add black olives, red onions, mushrooms, and spinach. THEN, eat all the toppings and cheese and leave the crust. You will feel completely full and sated, but you will not feel bloated, stuffed, or uncomfortable! And, you really will feel like you just ate a lot of pizza! While you wait for your order, enjoy a glass of Hahn's chardonnay. Pretty darned good, too! GREAT PIZZA!

Again, not enough toppings on EACH SLICE! See picture. I love pepperoni and I would think I could get more than 2 pieces per slice?! I paid $20 for a SMALL pepperoni, garlic, red onions pizza. Just BS. If I pay $20 for a SMALL, I better get enough TOPPINGS ON EACH slice!!!

Ordered through Uber eats. $57.00 for a small pizza and salad and 2 cups of water. Driver made me come downstairs from hotel room. Food delivered with no cutlery. Had to go back down stairs to get cutlery from my hotel. Pizza is good but by then was cold. Salad is brown and wilted and veggies dried out. Not impressed!

I’ll edit my review to say that I appreciated the owner’s response-and the fact that the employees endured the pizza was cooked as quickly as possibleAlthough the pizza itself is great, they miss my online order EVERY SINGLE TIME. I pre-order it ahead of time, come to pick it up-only to discover that they never saw my order, and I have to wait for another half an hour for them to make it. So many plans spoiled, guests waiting, kids hungry. If you are not going to support online orders, just don’t offer them at all
