Nasir was super knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to talk to. He recommended a rye whiskey from Monterey’s own Fog’s End Distillery that I wouldn’t have tried otherwise, and it was delicious!

I used to go here every week for craft beer, they have a fair selection and ok prices on beer. Sometimes I would buy bourbon but if you’re looking for anything above the $50 range expect to be gouged.
They recently changed ownership and have decided not to honor gift cards. Pretty wild considering my wife bought me one a month ago and now the $50 is worthless.
Clerk said “maybe we’ll get them back in the system.” Whatever that means, (it’s a paper card signed and stamped by an employee).
So I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, can’t say I recommend anything they have to offer other than location. Bottom line, if you’re looking for beer go to Whole Foods, for spirits go to a grocery store or total wine.

This place is one of my go-to stops for quickly picking up wine, beer, liquor, or lottery tickets. I’ve always found the staff friendly, efficient, and always available to answer my questions. When I mentioned my favorite East Coast lager, they even looked into getting it through their vendor.
It's a great place for locals, military personnel stationed nearby (*ask about the military discount!*) and visitors!

I don't normally do this, but don't go here if you have questions or joke around with the staff.
I asked for something specific, and was told nobody buys it. I joked that everyone wants IPA these days and for some reason he got very offended.
Very confrontational and got aggressive with his responses.
Go somewhere else, I know I won't be back.

I drove by with my wife and was amazed by Jack, he was welcoming and super friendly. We're not from here and he made us feel at home.i would tell anyone tp stop by just because of Jack. Great prices and great service can't be beat.

Amazing place to shop for booze and all needed drink supplies for parties to have fun. Jack is an amazing person recommending the best drinks, for sure a place to stop if you are in the Pacific Grove.

A small independent liquor store with an ok selection. Between selection and prices I prefer to shop elsewhere. Also, when I did go they had some "Typhoid Marty" behind the counter coughing, sneezing and spewing his germs on the customers. Maybe let the sickos call in sick. Fortunately, I only caught a cold from the guy (who I never got closer than 3 feet to, except to make a purchase). I expected with my luck and his germs that I'd end up with COVID... maybe next time...oh wait, there won't be a next time.

I love this bottle shop. They always have the newest craft beers available, their customer service is amazing, and they also take credit for lotto tickets, so I can purchase everything at once instead of doing a cash and credit sale for both things.

Very good selection of scotch and of all things, mezcal. Prices are a bit high.But, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and their selection of alcohol is very good.
