I alwaya love the fact that my pharmacy is available 24 hours, unfortunately hasnt been possible for awile so I ajusted . This particular store is just 2 min from my home but the employees always feel the need to be yelling and cussing, to each their own but b professional during work, dont talk up a storm about yoyr night or how the weekend went. If a customer needs help. Stop talking rubish w one another and help the customer anD for the love of every thing we love CLEAN THE STORE! It is so full of dirt and dust EVERYWHERE

This store is super, super dirty, shelves always empty, no help at all. They allow freaking dogs inside, they poop inside the store, unbelievable. The employees buying lottery tickets while working, very unprofessional.

Friendly folks, small enough store, not too hard to find things. I suggest they bring back the little baskets for shopping and have bags at the self-checkout.

The service here is non-existent. Went here for my flu shot. Made appointment online and gave all insurance info. After driving to the store and waiting in line at the pharmacy I was told that my insurance would not be accepted because it was Washington. The clerk was very snarky and told me that "we are in California. " As if I wasn't cognizant of where I was. There was no indication while making the appointment that there was a problem with my insurance, nor did they email me after accepting my appointment. Will not be back. Also, they were playing gang music in the store. The manager should be replaced for exercising poor judgment.

Horrible service, rude doesn’t even give you a clue of how bad it is. These people don’t deserve a job.

I have always counted on CVS because it was a 24 hour pharmacy and I work out of the area so accessibility is what I depended on. Today I went in for medication after driving from the other end of the valley to learn they have new pharmacy hours. I hope this helps someone!

What a great store! Not only is it clean and well stocked but it has an incredibly helpful staff in the pharmacy and front store. All the front store staff and particularly Manny go out of their way to be responsive and helpful. CVS is lucky to have this great staff.

Pharmacy tech. What more can I say? You just have to accept their limited IQs.... or power play. After waiting in line to pick up prescriptions for over 10 minutes behind two patrons, they told me that they have to close for lunch. And they will not put up a sign ahead telling the queue that the counter is closed for lunch now. Sad tactic.

I actually want to tell you about the perfect service I had at your CVS location on Palm Desert, CA (42155 Washington St.).Emily Sarmiento had a exceptional customer service. She went extra miles to help me, and I'm so grateful. Emily has a vast expertise: she answered all my questions, and resolve my issues very fast. So happy you surround yourself with personnel like Emily S. Also would like to bring thanks to Dory (the manager), she is always pleasant, and helpful if necessary.

Its a joke and misleading advertising!! CVS is a Drug Store that has a pharmacy. Not a Pharmacy!! They should not call it CVS Pharmacy!!! So when they advertise "open 24 hrs" it is the Drug Store that is open. NOT the pharmacy. The pharmacy closes at 5-6pm ?♂️

I was in dire need of my medication, which keeps me alive and well. I went to pick up my medication, they were out, but Jose told us to go to the CVS across town, which did have my medication, I went there and was told in a very loud and blunt voice this CVS doesn't take my insurance and will have to pay out of pocket and would have to get my medication at that location from now on...HUH? I politely said I was sent here from CVS on Washington Street in Palm Desert, they called and verified, in the meantime, Iam told my medication is back in at my regular CVS, I can pick it up. I go back, after a few hours to let them fill it, the Pharmacist comes out and tells me, no, we don't have your medication and it might take over a month to get this back in. Frustrated and upset, I leave, no sense in arguing, I notice that goes on when Iam in line. This type of non-service is unacceptable. There was no apology, no trying to figure out a way to get this medication I desperately needed. This CVS Pharmacy should ashamed of themselves, they are in the patient and customer service business. I have been in customer service Management in a retail environment for over 30 years and would never ever treat my customers this way. They should try following the Golden Rule...they forgot who the boss really was.

Rx I am sad that so many have had terrible experience with this CVS. The staff has gone above service to take care of me. I go at all different times and different days and still get great service. The company definitely needs to employ my in the Rx department. If there are problems caused by doctor mistakes. The CVS staff has been helpful in resolving it!

I waited in line for 20 minutes holding my items since there were no carts. Finally, I get to checkout and the cashier had no idea what rain checks were. I had two. She was new and the ONLY register open !! She also had an injured foot so she was seated. She called for help. The bossy one appeared. I move to her register since she is supposed to be the one to know what to do. She interrupted my transaction three times to either assist another customer or to assist the injured cashier. I asked on the third time that she not interrupt my transaction again. I had to get home. She entered one raincheck then seem confused with the second. She kept putting her hands out straight ( she was impressed with her own baby pink manicure). then tells me that 'she was doing the best she could'. Really? I stormed out and left my last two items. This is a poorly managed store with an incompetent staff and poorly stocked. My worst CVS experience ever.
