They did not want to give me my medicine that the hospital prescribed me, A licensed doctor prescribed me medication, the pharmacy has to fill my prescription no questions asked. Until i made a scene and said they CAN NOT withhold my medicine! Their voice changed. That'll teach them to never talk to me like that. They were so rude, especially the young ASIAN Talking about I KNOW YOU! LIKE NO YOU DO NOT KNOW ME. ?

Palm Desert walmart has to be the best!! you get a reminder via text to refill your meds, all or some. the associates are so friendly and helpful. with Covid, they'll bring your meds to your car curbside. 5 yrs ago i transferred my prescriptions from Costco to Walmart, only 1 mistake and they fixed it fast. Hye, thanks for taking care of us and delivering selfless care.

I have never had such a bad experience at a pharmacy. Luis who is a pharmacy tech was wonderful. the pharmacist named Jay was a mean vicious person who like to degrade people. I have worked in the medical field for over 30 years, and I have never had a pharmacist treat me like this and I'm letting all my coworkers/ patients/friends and family know not to use that pharmacy. No one is interested in your scan and go. Put out more cashiers. The line is rediculous. So what's right. Do what the customer wants. For the record your prices are not all that fabulous. As a disabled vet, I do appreciate your level entrance though. Thank you.

It's a Walmart so I expect horrible interactions with employees that can't be bothered and couldn't care less about customer service... But this is by far the worst.

Never getting spaghettios from this Walmart ever again, how is a company as popular as Walmart allowed to sell expired food items? Gross.

What I would LOVEEEE to know is why every single website..including Walmart itself says that they close at 12am yet there's an employee outside saying they close at 11 and aren't allowing anyone in. Get your hours straight.

Was hoping I would have a better experience here than at the Indio store. I was wrong. At 11 AM on a Wednesday, there were only two cashiers, dozens of folks in line. The cashiers said there was no one to phone to get more cashiers. No manager in the store? No additional cashiers? I won't be back.

First off lets start with the fat rude cashier that was a sassy b****, let me tell you.. the people they hire at this wal mart are in a completely different bracket of intelligence, way below standard. My 12 year old niece has better manners and etiquette. Now lets go to the heavy set manager with red streaks in his hair.. what kind of manager has red streaks!? How unprofessional! Moving on to the bogus Alcohol policy they have that makes them card EVERYONE you are with even if they are not the ones actually PURCHASING the alcohol. My husband and I went to buy a 12 pack for a house warming and I left my wallet in the car (because hello, his money is my money). We get to the register and they ask for my ID and I left it in my car. I tell the cashier that by LAW they only have to ask ID for they person PURCHASING alcohol. She gives me attitude and I immediately ask to speak with her manager, expecting someone professional but NO! Not at this wal mart! Out comes the fat red streaked "manager" with just as much attitude. He then YELLS at me stating their policy. And I simply ask "if I brought my 3 year old daughter to buy a bottle of wine would you card her too?" And he replied with "that's different!" So he grabs the beer from my hands and takes it away! FIRST of all, DO NOT touch me. Second of all, get some class! WAL MART, TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. MANAGERS SHOULD KNOW BETTER. I am NEVER shopping here again.

Filthy filthy bathrooms. I mean I get it's a busy store but holy cow.. 3 employees talking in the isle of the clothes department and I ask one if they carry children's dance unitards. She tells me they don't but if they do it would be on the clearance rack. I spend 10 minutes trying to find something in the mess of clearance items to find nothing, only to go to leave and pass by a HUGE display of dance unitards (that they do in fact carry year round). Dirty store. Uninformed employees. Not impressed..

I ran in. I ran out. I grabbed a few snacks and some easy to prepare bread items for the entire family to take back to our vacay villa. I don't typically give any Walmart it Target more than 3 stars but this one is much different from the rest. Usually the checkout lines are horrendous. You get stuck having to wait behind 10 people who each have 100 small items and TV lines. And then you have that issue about whether or not somebody wants to buy a bag. That was not the case here. There were a number of lines open. I wanna say that each line only had maybe two people in it. That was amazing. Obviously, I was visiting from out of town. I have no idea what the layout of the store is like so I had to ask people for help left and right. I was able to find associate all over the store. Some things were easier to find than others but the associates were all willing to help me find what I was looking for. The deals of course are always good. Almost everything that I was looking for was fully stocked. I definitely appreciated how everything was clearly marked and rotated. The store was clean and everything was neat. Even though people were unloading things from their most recent load that they had just received. There wasn't a whole big mess of wrapping, boxes, containers or crates everywhere. I was impressed. Parking was easy and there were tons of handicapped parking spots available. This was especially important considering one person traveling in our group was handicapped with a heart condition. Carts were clean, free of left over receipts, packaging, food scraps, graffiti, everything. The restrooms looked well maintained. People, both customers and associates, were wearing their best smiles accompanied by warm greetings. I was in shock!! Proof that not all who worked at Walmart hate their lives. LOL It was just a really pleasant experience overall.
