I brought my son so he could register a car that he just bought and the lady who was sitting behind #5 is/was extremely rude, looking us up and down, like she was superior or something.. She didn't even have a name tag or anything identity herself.. Very rude, my advice.. go to a different dmv

My experience was a lot like the other low star ratings. Very rude rep. I have to go back and hope I don't get her again. That said, the office was clean and the gentleman at check I was great. But there at 7 ruined the entire experience.

So convenient, everyone is so pleasant. Huge difference from Newhall and Chatsworth. You can book your appointment advance so no waiting. Sharon is especially nice and helpful.

The larger lady, which I would have gotten her name, that helps handle the behind the wheel testing is very rude. Right off the bat as I walked up she was instantly rude. I work in costumer service and that is not a way to handle working with people even if your are stressed out.

Incredibly well organized, with pleasant and efficient people working there. I had a messy situation with a renewal of a vehicle reservation. I made a reservation the day before, and my time in and out was under 15 minutes. Amazing!

Nice place, the employees are courteous even though the waiting room was full, but they are very efficient, it's recomended that you go in the morning for your DMV transactions it's when you can be taken care of very quickly!

Excellent service. Attentive and professional staff. Very mindful of details but not officious about it. Do make an appointment to avoid lines. Best DMV office I’ve ever visited. Well done!

I was very pleasantly surprised. Today Jan 18, 2024 I went to renew my driver’s license (Real ID) everyone I dealt with (Vanessa R etc) was highly professional and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Great experience, It was truly a “CAR” Mitzvah ??
