Sephora in Palm Springs could be dangerous, lol! Since we happened to be in the area, I made a quick stop to see if they have the new makeup line by Kulfi. Thanks again to the good ole gram, I got caught up, so I've been on a mission to find it. Finally, I found it here!Thank you to Alexa, who provided excellent customer service tonight. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, and she helped me right away. I took the quiz online to match my shade, and it was spot on! I was wearing a completely different brand, so Alexa took the time to remove it and carefully applied the Kulfi concealer under my left eye. I don't usually wear makeup daily, just on special occasions or if I have extra time. I'll have to test it out for a few hours and see how it holds up, but so far, so good!I was unaware that today is the last day to use your discount (if you're a V.I.B. member), so seeing a few bucks knocked off the regular retail price was a bonus. Thank you, Alexa, for a great experience! Hope to see you again next time I shop. =)

I've been into dozens of Sephora's over the years, and I've never been taken care of so well. I was on the hunt for the perfect concealer for my under eyes, and ran into an employee named Alexa. We chatted a moment about my needs and what I'm looking for and she was more helpful than all of my Sephora employee interactions combined. We explored a few options, she gave me her input, and ultimately found my perfect shade, in a formula that works with my skin type. Thanks so much Alexa!

Poor customer service and workers were all over the place, they seemed not to know what they were doing and when I asked for a product they said I could take the one on the display. Little effort and no spirit. Wont be coming back.

I recently visited Sephora to find the perfect foundation shade, and I left with more than just a color match. On a regular summer day, I walked in with one goal: to update my foundation. Little did I know that this visit would reshape my approach to makeup.I was assisted by a young associate, and I have to admit, I underestimated her at first. I’m pretty particular about how my foundation looks on my dry skin. But this experience taught me something I hadn’t considered before.The associate introduced me to the idea that different moisturizers can make a big difference in how foundation looks and feels. She explained how the right moisturizer can prevent foundation from looking patchy or cakey, an issue I’d dealt with in the past. It might seem obvious now, but her advice was an eye-opener.Thanks to her guidance, I not only found my perfect foundation shade but also learned the importance of proper skincare before applying makeup. This visit has truly changed how I approach makeup, and I can now achieve a flawless finish that works for my dry skin most days (still a work in progress).Thank you, Sephora and associate, for your invaluable help!

Our youth is so elusive...We try to hold on to something that we can not...I walk in there and see all the celebrities endorsements. Good for them $$.. Anyhow... It's my wife's favorite Sephora. It's clean and never crowded. Always well stocked. The sales people are abundant and helpful. Tons of parking and easy to get to. Perfect place to shop! There are free shaded parking by the museum .

Associates were pleasant and patient. I had a planty of time to taste numerous brands and compositions. A space is limited and many customers are so close to each other, forget about 6 feet precaution measures there. Please looks so crowdy, located in the heart of downtown of PSP.

I shop at Sephora enough that the staff know me by name. Also, they are always kind to my autistic son and I only mention the autism because he has special quirks that make some of the general public rudely stare but the staff are always welcoming towards us even though they are never far from me should I have any questions they usually leave me looking around on my own because they know that's how I love to shop so they're in tune with shopper's. I'd like to add that even though my son thinks they sell man repellent at Sephora I have to explain that most people love and wear makeup for themselves and themselves alone. Anyways great,friendly staff in the downtown Palm Springs location go check it out.

Alexa was seriously the sweetest person in there. No one else in the store even looked at us and Alexa went out of her way to assist us. She definitely made our always dreaded Sephora trip a great experience.

Getting there:From the 111 S, continue straight onto CA-111 S/E Palm Canyon Dr. Follow all the way and Sephora will be on your left. Parking can be found on the street or behind the building where the Marilyn Monroe statue is located.Experience:I recently visited this Sephora location and overall I had a good experience. The store is really easy to find and it's the only one in town. Although the store is on the smaller side, it is well-organized. Unfortunately, they were sold out of almost everything I was looking for, however, the staff was helpful in suggesting alternatives and even offered to place an order for me online. Despite not finding everything I wanted, I still left the store feeling satisfied with my visit.

My sister and I have been there twice to have a couple of services done. Aaron is absolutely fantastic!!! He is not only an awesome employee but a wonderful person as well. He is very skilled and a focused individual in what he loves to do! He has so much potential and I strongly believe he will bring so much good to the company. I walked out to let my friend who was on the phone smell this fragrance i loved. when I tried to walk back in the lady with the orange hair, and the short bangs locked the door on me. I asked if i could make a quick purchase because she was the one who was actually helping me and she said no and denied me service. She could have at least warned me it was going to close because i was clearly going to make the purchase. I’m not from here and was unaware of the hours. I am very upset and will not be returning to this store in the future.
