Worst experience shopping, would avoid shopping in store. I was self checking out and chosen for a cart review. I've had it done before and know how it works. But the associate with shaky hands scanned my items. He then says I did not pay for the scanned items and walked away with them. Meanwhile other employees gathered and asked them to hurry up. They were unprofessional, I tried asking the young lady associate for another scan. She just laughed at my face and continued talking to the young man next to her. I requested a full rescan of my order but they gave up and let me go. Whats the point of shop and go services if they accuse me of stealing when I use it

Heads-Up: Pay More at the Store with Two Tier Product Pricing! I go to Walmart online to make sure the products are in stock before making a trip. I get to the store and two of the four products I was purchasing were priced over what I was expecting. One was $10 over while another was $2 more. I went to Customer Service and they adjusted the price down to what I was expecting to pay. That is fine and dandy but those who don't do a price check before their shopping adventure will be paying even more to the Walton Family. Am I the only one who feels this pricing difference is somewhat deceptive?

My recent visit to Walmart's electronics department in Palm Springs was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite the department being relatively quiet, I couldn't find any staff willing to assist me. When I finally managed to speak to someone, they were dismissive and refused to help, leaving me waiting for over 30 minutes without explanation. This level of disregard for customers is appalling, especially in a crucial department like electronics. Walmart needs to address these issues immediately and prioritize improving their abysmal customer service standards. No one should endure such treatment while trying to make a purchase. My experience was unacceptable, and I expect better from a company as large as Walmart. Action needs to be taken to ensure that other customers do not face similar mistreatment in the future.

Money line was fairly fast. I was there to pick up Walmart to Walmart. The cashier new I was going through something and made my experience a lot easier. Was very polite. I appreciated that.

I understand why this Walmart location feels the need to lock up a large portion of their merchandise, but again today, there was no one available to unlock a case. I was in the electronics department. There were 6 people in line. I asked three Walmart employees for help, yet no one showed up. I left after waiting 5 minutes.

They need to figure out the Money Services situation. It opens at 8am but half the time some one calls off or I'm not sure what happens. Stand in line for 20 minutes just to be told no ones coming in until 9am or later. This has happened more than once. I don't understand why a manager on dutie or one of the other 7 employees standing around cant help us real quick.

I've shopped this Wal Mart for twelve years and I haven't been going there much in recent years because it's jus too packed however, last night we were in a hurry to find some floor mats for our car. We parked in the garden center because it's quicker to get to automotive department. Asked the cashier when the area closes, he said seven. We had 15 minutes to grab the floor mats so we hurried, got them came back to garden center cashier only to be told the cash register wasn't open, jus the doors. ??♀️ we were in a hurry,it was late, we were running late so we hurried to the front, got a self checkout, the cashier their was attentive and greeted us making eye contact and smiling. When we left we forgot how they check your receipt so we walked past him and the guy yelled at us, already tired I said, "we don't have time for this, were running late", my partner said, "don't harass us" because the guy was already looking at is meanly and angry. Sorry I know it's their job but it's so redundant and unnecessary. He then said, "I have you on camera" and looked at us like we were stealing. Jus disgusting. I'll never shop at this Walmart again. So many issues with the way they handle things. I've worked in loss prevention and one Christmas I had to tell two loss prevention staff that they were following the wrong person. I understand they profile people with tattoos and people who look around alot, what try need is further training because sometimes people like me are looking around alot to ensure my own safety. I'm a survivor of stranger assault, I don't like chaos and I don't like rude staff. Customers come first or I don't shop with you.

Bought something for 19$ they charged me 30$. If I didn't check my receipt I would not of known. Customer service was very rude told me it was 30$ I was wrong and got a refund. None if the associate would assist me in looking at the price on the shelf . Not even to fix it so it wouldn't happen to someone else

One of the worst Walmarts in USA, angel tech at auto care center, made me wait for an hour and half, to come and tell me I can’t do the oil change, I was first in line, he serviced another person vehicle just because he spoke Spanish, his manager or cashier named Lauren evren worst at customer service to tell me get out while confronting them for wasting my time they could’ve told me from the beginning but instead went and worked on someone else’s car while i was first in line, very unprofessional and disrespectful angel and Lauren.

15 minutes to get an SD card nobody can find the key that’s not a way to sell products I finally left without the product. The next day I asked teller where sporting goods was and she told me I had to get in line. Tough question to answer?. The wife reminded me that the eyeglass department was spot on for help and also very quick and knowledgeable. that’s what brought it to a three star would’ve been a zero…
