in the TWO months it took to fix my car i dealt with excuses, hostility, at times, and lies. Robert brought up a rental car for me. a long nightmare later he was NOT a man of his word!!! They charged me $4300 for same thing my brother in law had done for $2500 and he got his car in 2 1/2 weeks. I would not take my truck that needs motor work and persuaded my parents NOT to take their 3 vehicles and would persuade everybody n anybody to take their automotive service needs elsewhere! Part of the bumper and wheelwell dragging under the tire because they carelessly reassembled it. i had to fix it on the freeway while I have a passenger for lyft!

I have been coming to Rob for years! I’m a female and I have never had any issues! He has always been fair! My mom and brother go to him as well!

I wished I would have known of this place years ago, Very Professional Friendly Shop and Staff they let you know the real deal with your vehicle, instead of trying to scare you into something you don't need. They stand behind their work and integrity. They even offered me a ride to where I need to be if with in reason Being a bit familiar with this Industry, I have to say 5 STARS to Sierra Auto Repair, I will gladly tell people about this place.
