Definitely not my cup of tea or demographic is a place that I would shop. But my post teenage daughter loves to drag me to this location -- or at least she used to until it seems that Lululemon sort of went out of style with her demographic. Speaking as a person has to pay for this stuff, I personally find it to be a bunch of overhyped and overpriced merchandise.

Two times in roll that this place completely fails. Cannot return due to tech issues. I would go other lululemon locations than this one.

The sales are not very friendly. I was there picking up the alternation. They didn't put all the pants under one hamming order. This sale lady commented me for leaving my pants and home and never placed an order. She also mentioned the pants was ordered on different date. It founded out that they put it under my husband's email and with a wrong name. The pant was placed order on the same date. This was very misleading. No apology when I noted they shared wrong information.It should be a pleasant experience but it was not. The overall experience just felt like they didn't care customers. No smile at all but cold feelings.If you decide to work in the store, please be professional and bring passion to it. Buying a clothes that is not cheap should be together with the cold feeling.

I highly recommend the Lululemon store on University Avenue. You will find there staff that want to communicate their love of the brand. They sell great clothing.

Well there free tailor fits the adage "you get what you pay for." I purchased two pants because they altered the first pair too much. The second pair I confirmed I just wanted a smidgen off, 0.5" and what do I get back? 1.5" cut off. The photo is off both my pants. Both 33" waist, 34" length. This store is extremely biased. They only help out and prioritize people who look wealthy. My girlfriend went in wanting to exchange a jacket she bought for me that was defective. It was not our fault that their products were defective and she told us we couldn’t return it without proof of purchase because she paid cash and didn’t have the receipt. I went to another lululemon store and they gladly understood and did it with no problem. The tag was still in tact , it wasn’t washed. Everything was perfect but that lady from this store with a mole on her face was judgey. Didn’t feel welcomed at all.

I contacted this location on August 28, 2022. I requested a Manager on staff. Olga answered the phone 5:38 p.m. on a Sunday. I inquired if she had a Every Day Bag in stock. She replies "a neon, and grey silver drop" I advised her that I wanted the silver drop. I also advised her that I lived 11/2 away from their San Pablo location. She was entering my information into her computer, and unfortunately, we got disconnected. I attempted to call Olga back numerous times went straight to voicemail. I left an urgent voicemail message leaving my contact information. She never bothered to return my call. This was my first, and last time I'm interacting with this store. I wouldn't of bothered calling numerous times, but since my daughter is leaving for college in a few days, and desperately needs this bag. I guess Olga got distracted, and was too busy to complete my sale. Horrible customer service, and I strongly feel she is a bad example to her associates. After reviewing all the negative reviews about this location. They are all spot on. Too bad I couldn't give a negative zero review for the lack of effort, and lousy follow up on Olga's part.

The only lululemon store that I had a bad experience with. There were 6 employees in the shop, all of them were just chatting with each other. When I asked questions, they had huge attitudes.
