Sigona's is my favorite place for fruit - they are incredibly well stocked, with a large variety of fruit to choose from. I can reliably find items that are often hard to find anywhere else, when they are in season: chanterelle mushrooms, Blenheim apricots, kishu oranges, Arctic Rose nectarines. The people working in produce are always super nice and helpful. If I want a lot, they'll bring out a box for me to either buy entirely or choose myself by the pound. I think the produce folks do a good job of clearing out older or spoiled items, since everything is so fresh and in good condition. Definitely the best place for groceries & a treat.

If you miss your favorite french cheese, this is the best place to find it. I found here products that I was used to buy in France.

This is bomb, and never to be missed. I looooove and adore this place--it's everything great about the world, all manners of organic and not fruits and vegetables, cheeses, breads, prepared foods and tinned fish plus dried fruits and nuts. The list of goodies goes on and on and on ... I can't do justice with my words, other than post a shit load of photos, which I'm doing. This place is a treasure trove, a BONANZA of riches at your fingertips and at your feet. They have seasonal stuff, pus exotic tropical fruits not found easily other places, e.g. cherimoya and rambutans. The prices are insanely reasonable, and they manage to offer things at varying levels of ripeness, e.g. they had remarkable and beautiful black mission figs, strawberries, and two types of watermelon--yellow as well as red, plus Spanish and cantaloupe and Crenshaw, plus others. OmG insane love here. It's better than your typical farmers market which can sometimes stretch forever and ever, which is not intrinsically a bas thing except for me who has difficulty walking. I love the compact nature of this market. They have little hand baskets as well as grocery carts. Did I mention their cracker and olive bar? You know which oddly enough touched me? They have a little section in the back with "reduced" price wares. Their cheese section can rival any specialty shop. They are super helpful and friendly, e.g. I tracked someone to ask if they carry Macintosh apples, and though he was on his way to the back of the store, he promised to come back to help me out, which he did nd explained that though they didn't carry them today, they get inapples everyday and to check back. In the past, btw., I've scored passionfruit and starfruit here, zi mean how many places do you know who carry this sort of stuff? It's both indoor/outdoor with some stuff inside and some outside. We also got some Sonoma Brinery pickles, and they also have a helluva gluten free bakery, with all sorts of stuff--cakes, pies, cup cakes, rolls, and freshly baked breads. I could go on and on and on. But the photos will tell the entire picture. If you're anywhere in the area, do yourself a favor and please visit here. It's a produce orgy, lol :-)

This is my favorite market in Peninsula. They have their own marinara sauce and good quality seasonal fruits. Variety of cheese to choose from. Home made pasta and ravioli as well.

Every time I go to the mall, I always stop by this place just to look at what they have. The fruits they sell here are high quality. I think the price is reasonable given the quality.

Most day-to-day things can be found here. It lives up to its namesake with good fruit and veg. It provides a platform for many local businesses, especially bakeries and packed lunch makers, to sell their products. The one complaint I have pertains to how the store is organised. There is a significant portion of the store located beyond the cash registers, which I find unintuitive.

Great produce, bread, and dairy, every day. Watch out for new checkers, as they enter incorrect codes...and error seems always in their favor.

Was offered a sample of a brand of dried pineapple with no additional added sugar that was delicious. The fruit and vegetables presentation was excellent. A nice selection as well as wide ranging varieties. The pistachio almond cookies are dangerous as if you take a sample it will then be hard to resist adding a package to your cart. Ice selection of homemade ice creams with some different and interesting flavors. Will myself return and strongly recommend to anyone looking for excellent produce as well as an assortment of homemade homegrown items that are sure to please.

Can you carry any more items in such a small space? No! Sigonas is a small but incredibly well assorted store. They bring gourmet cheese, pasta, veggies and fruits. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area. You will not leave with your hands empty and you will not be disappointed at their quality.

The cheese selection is not properly cooled and they don’t check last sell date. I saw multiple moldy cheeses and the cheeses I ended up buying were too old or wet. Waste of money. Cannot recommend.

I love this market. They carry alot of local fruits and items that might be hard to find. I like to stop by and wally through if I'm in the area. If you're looking for something specific, they might have it. They carry Harney & Sons tea, a ton of dried fruit dried Mulberries and organic mangos have no added sugar or additives/preservatives. A huge selection of olive oil and honey by the registers and the cheese selection is amazing. Such a gem! Check out their stores and follow on IG to see what is new or what they're featuring for the week!
