My recent experience at my friends event was one that I will never forget, but for all the wrong reasons. From health code violations to unethical practices and a complete lack of professionalism, this establishment failed on every level.
Let's start with the health code violations. It was appalling to witness the blatant disregard for basic hygiene and safety regulations. The cleanliness
and unsanitary drink preparation areas. Not only did this compromise the well-being of the guests, but it also showcased a complete lack of respect for their health and safety.
Furthermore, the unethical practices employed by friends event left a sour taste in everyone's mouths. Charging extra fees for additional chairs and tables that were not initially agreed upon was an outright manipulation of customers. It felt like a money-grabbing scheme, taking advantage of guests' trust and their desire to have a pleasant event. Such deceptive practices are unacceptable and tarnish the reputation of any establishment.
To make matters worse, the banquet hall ran out of food during the event. It was an embarrassing and utterly unprofessional situation. Guests had paid for a complete dining experience, and instead, they were left hungry and disappointed. This demonstrated a severe lack of planning and foresight on the part of it and it added significant distress to what should have been a joyous occasion.
Adding insult to injury, charging guests for parking was an unnecessary and unwelcome surprise. Guests attending an event at the banquet hall should not be burdened with the additional expense of parking. It felt like yet another attempt to squeeze more money out of attendees, which only further undermined the supposed hospitality and customer service of the establishment.
Overall, I strongly advise against selecting this venue for any event. The health code violations, unethical practices, food shortage, and parking charges were just a few of the numerous disappointments that marred our experience. This establishment demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, integrity, and respect for their customers. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by choosing a different banquet hall that prioritizes the well-being of its guests and upholds ethical business practices.

Really good service, a very very good experience everything went well the food is delicious. Overall it’s the best that is recommended and Kevin is very nice and the best Kevin is such a good person and very helpful and thoughtful person the best owner I recommend it

Had my daughter's quince here on Dec 16th. We were extremly satisfied with everything!Kevin (the owner) was great, he made sure everything went smooth for my daughter's big day. We loved everything about the venue! The food, the servers, the bartender... everything/everyone was great!Thank you Kevin and staff !!!

I did my daughters 15 on 11/11/2023 everything was excellent the food was good and on time also everything else was on time, the party bus was also good,also the pictures and videos the best ,and Kevin was very professional and amazing, just the parking was a little bit crowded but everything went great me and the guest also my daughter had a great time .

My wedding was in this hall, excellent service, very attentive employees, extremely clean and luxurious place, 100% recommended, very friendly owner, everything was wonderful. I would do it again for any event.

Excellent service, Mr. Kevin is a very kind and attentive person, the room is beautiful, everything is spectacular!! the DJ, candy table, food, etc., we were very happy and pleased with our event!!! I recommend it 100%!!!

We had our wedding at this beautiful venue. It was big enough yet, very cozy. Beautiful lighting, very clean, and food was incredible. The staff worked very well and extremely professional and helpful. A true gem!

Rented this hall for our niece’s quince, and we’re very satisfied with the hall, food and service. Everything was nice and clean. Kevin is a great guy he does everything in his hands for your event to turn out perfect. We look forward with renting ANGELENO BANQUET hall again.

Rented this hall last weekend for our niece's quince, and let me tell you the experience was great! Hall was very nice and clean, food and service was great. Kevin does everything possible to work with people's budget and still provide a good package. I definitely recommend this place for any occasion, we look forward to renting this hall again soon

First, I would like to thank Kevin and his staff for the wonderful experience. Kevin is very professional and willing to help. Kevin helped me so much with my party planning and gave me so many wonderful recommendations. I had my wedding here in their small venue (there are 2 halls in same location )that accommodates 200 guests. The venue came with food, which was amazing. It also comes with a bartender ,security and valet parking. I also hired Kevin’s DJ he did a wonderful job. I highly recommend. The hall was very clean bathrooms were clean. Once again, thank you to Kevin.

I had my wedding here 09/02. And I want to say that Kevin and his staff was amazing. The food, the bar and the catering was very good. We rented out the bigger hall. And everyone of our guest Loved this place. Kevin me and my wife will for sure be reserving your hall for our daughters 15? Thank you and your amazing staff.
