Well I want to begin with the "Assistant Vice President" Rosendo Lopes, I do not know how he has that title, we went to open an account with chase because we were told they have great customer service but that was definitely a lie. Rosendo Lopes was being extremely rude in every way you can imagine. Do not open an account with Rosendo Lopes!

Went in with the intention of opening a new saving and checking a account with my fiancé, we were hoping on making the switch from Wells Fargo. I was completely discourage by the lack of attention. Never have I seen so much non motivation to help a customer out. I really hope this isn't a Chase standard. As I am interested cause I heard so much good things.

Have been coming here for 6 months now. Most recently, the place was pretty busy. I added my name to wait list. Only 2 people ahead of me and maybe 3-4 reps helping out. It was moving very slow. After 15-20 min of waiting, I was next in line. One of the young ladies was helping a customer and I guess someone she knew came in wanting to cash a check. The guy said I need to cash a check. She engaged in a conversation while her customer waited patiently. She stood up, took his check to a window, and continued to talk to the guy. There were about 6-8 people waiting to speak with a teller, but I guess that didn't matter. Generally long waiting times and people like these making poor decisions as if no one was watching or listening.

Two tellers, four atm's and a line to the door. How do they expect to get better ratings? No one in this branch likes to use the faceless machines that are slower than a warm smiling teller..

I don't bank with CHASE but went in to make a deposit to another persons account it was a very incredible experience the cashier and the man greeting were extra friendly felt so welcome hope fully in the future I can be their customer

This review is not so much for the bank but for an employee named Karla! She is so cool. I was in line waiting for my turn, couldn't use any machine since I had not received my replacement card in the mail yet. She came around and waived at me to go to her window. First glance very pretty and smiling felt welcomed. She instantly made conversation with me. Noticed my birthday had just passed and said happy late birthday. Her birthday had just passed too. We got so into our conversation that I even told her about my birthday engagement. Basically felt like we knew each other but really had just met a few minutes ago. I love great customer service. I work in the medical field and know how important it is not only in my own environment but every where else to always provide the best customer service. A simple smile or a nice conversation can definitely brighten up someone's day and make a difference. Good job Karla keep being yourself I'm sure all of your customers are happy to be at your window!
