They sold me a damaged item and when I returned and asked to exchange it, the assistant manager "Daisy" would not exchange it even though they had the items in the back! She was very unprofessional and aggressive!

This pharmacy is so weird I called for my medicine they said it was ready but when I got here the guy said it was going to take 20 mins it's so inconvenient for me because I just jot off from work and I'm tired why would they call to say my medicine is ready when it's really not it's just a waste of my time.

Note to Owners: HIRE A SECURITY! !!IN JUST 20 MINUTES I WAS IN YOUR STORE I SAW TWO INDIVIDUALS WALK OUT WITH MERCHANDISE,YOU ARE SHORT STAFFED , YOUR STORE IS HUGEYOUR STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND THEY DO THE BEST THEY CANYOU MIGHT SAY WHY HIRE A SECURITY IF THEY WILL STILL STEAL, WELL THEY WILL AT LEAST THINK TWICE ,Your store is in a well known intersection ,THEY STOLED 2 $8.99 shampoos in 30 seconds& the second individual filled his backpackThat’s embarrassingDON’T BE CHEAP CUT ONE MORE CHECK & HIRE A SECURITY !!!!

I've been coming to this location for over a year, all the workers are great! They are friendly, patient and very helpful. I have seen at times they are under staffed, but they still manage to do great work. Us clients need to be patient too!

In my experience the staff is super friendly and they have my medicine a lot quicker compared to my previous pharmacy and without any mistakes (as of right now).

The happy-go-lucky man behind the pharmacy counter seemed a little annoyed by my questions. And probably by my presence too? But he faithfully answered my questions. But this pharmacy never calls me about new prescriptions. I have to call them to check on them. And please the happy-go-lucky man behind the counter, and this time on the phone too... Shock shock horror horror...

If I could give this pharmacy a zero star rating I would. Horrible service. My mom was discharged from the hospital and her insulin medicine was sent here. It needed to get done in two hours and once we went to pick up it wasn't ready and they told us to wait 24hrs. 24hrs go by and I call them to make sure it's ready and they tell me to wait another 24hrs for her INSULIN medicine. Diabetic people need their insulin!!! THEY CAN NOT GO DAYS WITHOUT IT. HORRIBLE!!!! She is now without her insulin for over 30+ hours!! Because these people cant seem to do their job properly.

I called to check on my photo order and Sebastian let me know their machine wasn’t working correctly so the quality was not up to par. He called around to find a close location to take care of my order for me. He apologized profusely for the issue and the wait time. I think when there is good service, good explanations and the willingness to take the time to find an alternative…one needs to praise the customer service. Thank you Sebastian for helping to correct the issue.

Large rectangular, easy to navigate inside...large parking lot outside. They had a large selection of Mexican candies, which caught my eye. The mobile app will actually tell you the inventory of each location, so we went to this one, but they were out...so ended up going to a different one.
