I had a fantastic experience with a T-Mobile Expert who went above and beyond to help me reclaim my original phone number from Spectrum. Thanks to the incredible assistance of Michelle L., recommended by her store manager Carlos, my family was rescued from the issues we were facing with Spectrum declaring our phones as "incompatible" with their network. Michelle L., you are truly amazing and I am so grateful for everything you did for my T-Mobile account. Working with you was the best experience ever, as Carlos rightly mentioned, you are his best!

New customer to T-Mobile and unfortunately the guy who took my order on the phone messed it up royally. It's been an ordeal to correct, but Victor went above and beyond when I visited this store to help me get my phone trade in process completed. I had four phones so there were a lot of steps but he was kind and patient and made sure everything was wrapped up before I left. Overall mellow vibe to the store, and I definitely would have come into store to make new phone purchase if I were to redo it!

So my gf and I went to T-Mobile near our house to transfer her number and ask about my sister n law cracked screen. It looked pretty busy inside but no more than a minute in a young lady name Star came up to us and asked if we needed help. Because I was on the phone with my sister n law I asked about what to do for a cracked screen for Galaxy phone. Star said just call insurance and said let me write the number down for you. She stepped away to write the number down and returned to help again. We said we wanted to transfer my gf number and she said just call 6-1-1 they would be able to help with the transfer. I took a long shot and asked Star could she show me how to install a screen protector. Star was so nice she not only showed me step by step she made sure it was done properly. I offered to tip her for her help but she declined. So I'm writing this review to say STAR is a STAR and something so small as helping with a screen protector really made my day!!! Thank you Star keep shining!!!!

I was just in 1 min ago. This store sucks. They're customer service is awful. Jairo "helped" but had such a dry and impersonal approach. Definitely going to a different store or service provider.

Minus 5 stars. Waste of my time. Greeted by JAIRO the store supervisor. I needed my SIMS card to be activated. Immediately his misdemeanor was rude and giving me incorrect information. First he didn't even want to help me. Second he said my SIMS card didn't work! That I needed a new phone. Mind you I have the 12 pro. Lastly he wanted to keep the SIMS card, that according to him was defective. This young man needs customer service schooling. All T Mobile customers should be welcomed and helped with courtesy. He did all the opposite. I went to another T Mobile store and immediately. I was greeted respectfully and helped. My SIMS card was activated.

At least this location’s is good, so make sure you get there before 8:00pm so they close earlier
