I usually use the the self checkout, well today I was so pleasantly surprised. I was there at about 2pm at the Paramount Walmart and there was an middle aged gentleman managing the self-checkout area. He was actually working with the customers. He was moving from one check-out area to another trouble-shooting and giving advice and assisting. I have used the self-checkout for many years and I have never seen anyone like him. To get some help most of the time it is like pulling teeth. This gentleman would be best used as a trainer and or proctor for new employees. Or even using the security recording of him working would also be a great training video. I wish I would have gotten his name. This gentleman is an asset to Walmart and the customers. I just had to say something about him. Please thank-him for us

If I had a option I would rate this location with negative stars. I came to this location on the 12th and had the worst experience ever, I was being helped by a employee by the name of Esmeralda who told me my receipts were invalid, and told me to return my items from the store I purchased them from. My receipts are valid and I was making my return to the store were I purchased the items from. She then informed me that I used a " debit" card which wasn't true I had my correct receipts from my purchases which were " my Walmart receipt and my ebt receipt " for the items I was returning , and she made me stand in line for 30 minutes, and it was my 3rd coming back to the store due to her mishaps. She also proceeded to call security on me.

I been going to this Walmart for a while but I'm so done with them , they have the worst service . I always wait so long I have to walk out with out my items for them To unlock the doors to get what I need . They Kept calling over the speaker for help and never got it . I'm done with this Walmart

This neighborhood Walmart has improved its custom service from previous last year. The staff is friendly and more helpful. My new fav market.

Oscar from pharmacy is rude and disrespectful. He told me to look for the items myself, he looked very frustrated which i can fully understand. But that's no way to speak to a customer. He needs to be retrained or disciplined. Also he looks creepy like Jeffrey dahmer creepy if you get my drift. Overall, the Walmart itself is a shiit show, but what can you expect from the area anyways

The "customer service" here is a joke. The staff is unprofessional. You call the store and no one takes the responsibility in picking up calls. No answer in customer service, no answer in electronics, no answer in pharmacy. Absolutely frustrating. I can't imagine a line continuously ringing and knowing a manager somewhere in the store could be hearing and STILL doesn't pick up either. I'm not talking about a call in a day, this occurred for a week! Trying to get a hold of them is irritating.

ATTENTION WALMART SHOPPERS!!!!!! Thank you for your time in reading this review. I really want to end the night on a great note. Today my fiancé and I had one of the best shopping experiences as we normally do at this specific Walmart location. Today a cashier named Jessica took good care of us as we were checking out. I personally love how management have been yet and yet improving, just when you think it couldn't get any sweeter. We've even noticed some of the employees happy which make the shopper happy. Please keep up the happy vibes guys. A special thanks to Jessica, the cashier that kindly took great care of us, we totally appreciate it . Good night and stay safe.

I went to this location to purchase a few video games and a couple extra controllers as well. I also needed to buy a flash drive because I lost mine it was in my backpack and I left it on the bus. The controller that I purchased from this location was actually pretty good. but the flash drive that I bought was not correct. The package says it was one size but once I open it up and put it in my computer it was a completely different size than it did not work for what I was looking to get accomplished which was to get done at school project that I have been working on for multiple months I wish they did a better job providing you with all the accurate information. Plus I bought a cell phone from this location and it did not work properly either

I was going to try some jeans on and I was told to wait 30 minutes for the worker to come back from her break I waited an hour and still nothing I asked again and they told me to wait 10 minutes while they get the keys to open the fitting rooms 20 minutes later still nothing and they just kept ignoring me, worst costumer service!!!

I love this Walmart because its next to Food for Less and El super. So I can get allmy shipping done quickly and together. And it closes late, if you don't like to shop with many people.
