I requested a quote for a repair on an old iPhone 8 and received a prompt response via email.This was greatly appreciated because most of the other responses on Yelp were so high or required that I visit the location to get a quote hard pass.The staff is knowledgeable and work very quickly.Jessica was able to diagnose the problem and she was able to find that it was not actually the battery but a Lcd issue. Jessica came up with a solution: repair was simple was out in 20 minutes and she even validated my parking.I don't break phones often, but I know exactly where I'm going if I need repairs of ANY kind.Thanks Cosmo

When in for a broken cell phone started going green and different colors i was out in about 20 minutes with my phone fixed like if nothing happened I would recommend and they’re super affordable too I had stopped by a different repair shop on Colorado and they quoted me about $50 more than cosmo super helpful and they explained everything

I requested a quote for a repair on an old iPhone 7 button and received a prompt response via email. This was greatly appreciated because most of the other responses on Yelp were vague or required that I visit the location to get a quote - hard pass. The staff is knowledgeable and work very quickly. Jessica was able to diagnose the problem and she was able to find that it was not actually the button, but a glass and/or connector issue around the button. I was quickly re-quoted and the price was higher than the original. I was on the fence, but Jessica came up with another solution: no hardware repair, we simply set up a digital button on the screen, which would allow me to use the phone without replacing anything. She helped me to do this, NO CHARGE, and even validated my parking! I don't break phones often, but I know exactly where I'm going if I need repairs of ANY kind. Thanks, COSMO!

Update:Cosmo reached out to explain reasons for delays and communication lapses and then apologized for the inconvenience.They then went above and beyond to resolve the issues with my phone. They replaced the battery, and repaired the sensor. Unfortunately the phone still had to be factory reset, but that isn't too big an issue these days.Thanks for resolving the issues!Previously:Brought a phone in for simple battery replacement due to a bloated battery After battery replacement finger print sensor stopped working. They said they would replace the finger print sensor, but would take a couple days to get part. After repeated calls for check in, they finally told me they had supplier issues and would take a little longer. It has been about 5 months or so, still no resolution.In addition, during this time, I called and reported that the phone was randomly just turning off. They said we could check when sensor came in.In December I called in to report random shutdowns happening more often. They said the person that handles my brand of phone would not be back in until early January. Now the phone battery is again bloating, and the phone is just in a bootloop.Tried to visit today, but the store was randomly closed. Very frustrating!

I can't say enough good things about this place. The customer service was good and everyone was super friendly, as well as lightening FAST! I dropped off my iPad and it was ready days earlier than expected. The best part of all is the pricing, they charged me 1/3 or less what multiple, other shops had quoted me. I highly recommend!

Oh man, Jennifer at COSMO is amazing! She was able to pull two stripped screws from my kid's Nintendo 3DS and make it useable again. Her repair was quick and cheap and I can't say enough good things about their service.

Over the weekend I unfortunately dropped my cell phone face first, where it encountered a rock, leaving a deep chip and nasty-looking multidirectional splinter. I brought it here, having been quoted a price of $100+ to replace the phone screen. The young gentleman took my phone, examined it, and then told me it appeared that it was just my screen protector that was damaged, not the phone itself. He was right. 10 minutes later, he had installed a new screen protector, costing me barely $15.This worker could've just installed a new screen protector and made a few extra bucks off me, and I would never have known otherwise. But he didn't. Small businesses have had it especially tough this past 1+ year during the pandemic. Honest businesses like this one deserve recognition. Kudos.

Went in on a Thursday morning and it took around 15 min. The person helping me was quick and welcoming, and the screen replacement + screen protector was perfect. I docked a star because of the pricing - when I asked for a quote on Yelp, they responded that it would be $110 for an after-market screen, which I thought was just the normal thing to do having no experience with screens. When I went in person, they explained that there were actually two options, after market and original at a higher price. Just be aware that to get an iPhone XR screen replaced with the original screen (not a lower quality one), it's actually $140. Also, online they said the screen protector was $5 but in person it was actually $15. It still ended up being a lot cheaper than going to the Apple store, but I do wish the pricing was consistent.

Poorly done, if you have a new iPhone 12 max they don't have the part needed and took WEEKS to get, took my Husbands phone for camera repair and it has spotty dots inside the camera and makes a strange noise when you try to take pictures.. $90 and 3 weeks to get poor service and quality - don't get me wrong they are nice very nice really they are but SLOPPY work .. no attention to detail and pride in their services , it's been a few months and now I have to pay a professional repair company to fix it waste of time and money
