There is a great community at this gym and the equipment seems to be in good shape. Unfortunately the showers in the men's locker room need major attention. Half of the showers are out of order, they don't warm up, and they need a serious deep cleaning. Lots of build up on the shower heads and glass. I very much enjoy going to this gym and pay for the platinum membership. I would like to leave the gym feeling clean and not dirtier than when I arrived. Thank you.

Rubi at 24hr fitness Petaluma notified me that my previous account was NOT cancelled. I would have ended up paying for two memberships. She deserves a raise, professional and friendly customer service.

Faris made me feel super welcome right when I walk in. The entire staff including Josh and Brayden are always welcoming every time. The gym is very unique with the old architecture and the rugged feel with the bricks. Highly recommend

Jayden, Jazmin and Josh have always been so supportive of my journey working out and always have greeted me with kindness no matter what day I show up and always greet me with hospitality, I love Jaden because no matter what day it is he will be more than happy to greet any one who walks in, I love Josh because he gives great advice to the newcomers and Jasmine she always has an outgoing and uplifting personality that would make us want to come to the gym again , Claudia has always been able to level with us in certain situations and actually cares for the customers needs truly grateful for these 4 as they have made me seen the good in this gym.

I just visited the Petaluma 24h Fitness location. It is clean, well maintained, and spacious. The members and staff all seem to do their part to keep it organized too. My home gyms in Santa Cruz and Hillsdale, San Jose are nowhere as clean and well maintained. So impressed.
