I've been treated very well every time I had to go to Autoworld. Don't be fooled by the negative reviews.

Tammy is an amazing sales person. She helped me find my Jeep grand Cherokee with all of the options that I wanted at a great price.

Literally such a messed up company. Bought a part, when I purchased the part the employee took my part out of the box and handed me the part stating they needed to keep the box. When I called to return the part they stated I canāt return it without the box. I told the manager what happened, she then told me thatās not her problem itās ours. How is it my fault the employee took the box? And you have cameras to see your employee do so. But youāre not at fault? Such a money hungry place. They donāt care about you so donāt buy parts from here especially if youāre trying to return them they will
Just make an excuse. *to the company dont even respond with your bull crap excuses, Iām tired of dealing with companies that literally steal your money based off their employees decisions.*

Hi Julie.. itās the ālittle guy on the totem poleā. Thanks for the call, sorry you didnāt give me the time to explain why I gave you a poor survey. Maybe itās because you spent more time trying to not help me than help me. Hope this review is helpful

Wayland did a great job explaining things during my oil change and investigating an issue I noticed with a sound my car was making. I'll definitely go back for my next oil change.

Very poor service. They have one incoming phone line which goes only to an operator. No phone system for auto routing your call. The operator puts you on hold for extended periods of time. This company is NOT service oriented.

I scheduled an appointment for my 2023 Dodge Challenger because I just bought it in Elk Grove and the drive gear gets stuck so I scheduled and appointment over the phone. I arrived on day of my appointment (today) to be told by Julie Barone that they had no transmission tech there and that I needed to take car back another day. I asked her why if this was the case they had not called me to reschedule before I drove from Santa Rosa and her answer was I dont know. I also took 2 keys that needed to be programned and she said I would be charged to do so. When I bought my car in Elk Grove they couldnt find the spare so they ordered it and mailed it to me and told me I could take it to any dealer to get programmed but never mentioned there would be a charge. I also want to mention that Julie kept sending me away to Elk Grove and Santa Rosa instead of trying to help me there. I asked her if she wanted my business or not because it seemed that she kept sending me to other dealership service centers. She had the worse customer service ever and was extremely rude. I am very dissapointed with this dealership and her customer service. I dont reccomend the service department here. 1 star only because I have to choose otherwise I would give 0 stars.

I would highly recommend everyone to have their vehicle serviced elsewhere. I believe this service department is holding on by a thread. Service Advisors are very unprofessional and inexperienced, you explain an engine problem and they will have a ticket written up for a transmission problem. The mechanics that are suppose to be certified and are titled as a head mechanic are at best a step above an quick oil change shop. Anything outside of updating software and they will try to convince you that the issues donāt exist or deny any problems at all and they will feed you with excuses. This is standard practice for a āmechanicā that is over their head and does not have capability to do any technical troubleshooting or repairs. They are lazy and will falsify the service checklist for the costumer to be aware of their vehicle. What happened to repairing and honoring vehicles with warranties?

My wife took my car, changed the oil and rotated it and asked them to take her to Wilco and it took 4 hours, and they never came for her, because they didn't have a driver for the raid.

This is the absolute worst dealership/Company Iāve ever done business with They are dishonest to both you and the banks!! They Purposely sold me a vehicle that ran fine during the day, but only had issues when it first started In the morning(Serpentine belt) I did not know this until I took ownership of the vehicle the following day, I realized there was a bad Noise the engine was making and I contacted them. They refused to do anything about it! I Also, contacted them a month later regarding mold, being in The backseat of my car underneath my floor mats They tried telling me that that was common in jeep wranglers, and that I needed to be more cautious and take my floor mats out every couple of days!! Total B.S! This dealership is no good, however there are Honest & helpful Dealerships out there and this is not one of them take your Business anywhere, but here!!

SERVICE TRYING TO RIP ME OFF! I contacted Autoworld CDJR to get a quote for 30,000 mile maintenance on my 2020 Jeep Wrangler and they emailed me this exorbitant quote for $1930 for the "Preferred" recommended service, $1674 for the "Value" service and $473 for the "Minimum" service. I reviewed the Jeep manual, and the 30,000 mile maintenance is an oil change, changing the engine air filter (~$40 and I did it myself), rotating tires, and inspecting 8 items.I called the Autoworld CDJR rep on this, and she said that the recommendations came from Chrysler, not from her dealership, so I sent her pages from the official manual, and I pointed out to her that at the bottom of the dealership she sent me, it says, "Services suggested in this maintenance schedule are this dealers recommendations." I called another Jeep dealer and they quoted me $135 for the 30,000 mile maintenance. I worry for people who do not know much about cars and can get tricked into unnecessary maintenance.

The last time we were, there is the last time we were over there I left my grand Jeep to be serviced, went to pick it up. It was filthy dirty, and made a sound that I had never heard before it looked like they taken it for a ride somewhere and did damage, I went back into the service department they didnāt seem to care I said no I care you need to fix this. Who drove this and where did they go clean it up therefore we will never ever buy a jeep again from the reviews Iām reading yāall seem to be getting worse , not honoring the warranty not good

Customer service a little slower to service ride your vehicle. Car still in shop and no loaner offered. A little in convenience when you have to work every day except Sundays. We still have no clue when it will be released.
