|but the the breakfast area is way too small for the size of the place
Food & drinks: breakfast area is part of restaurant on the property but they use a really small part of it for the breakfast, get there early of consider other options

I like this hotel it’s in a good location. The staff is very nice and the cleanliness is very good and the only issue is I’ve noticed that their pricing is gone a little skyward of what I think it should be, but that’s just my personal opinion you can catch good rates on certain weeks and during the winter I do feel they drop them some because this hotels in wine country.

i made a reservation at the best western in rohnert park, CA for two nights while i was there i decided to stay one more night so i made another reservation but didnt realize there was another best western in petaluma, CA not far from the one i was at so when i made the reservation it was made for the one in petaluma simple mistake but at the time i didnt rea;ize that so here i am thinking i had another night here when i didnt & the best western labeled it as a no show so when i called them to explain that it was a simple mistake & i was at the other best western already in a room they didnt want to hear anything & wont work with ya no matter what the reason is, they just wanted to capitalize on someones mistake & take there money so they get a freebie on someone elses expense the service & manager there in petaluma are not people friendly there customer service stinks everyone i talked to there acted like they were mad at the world. the best western in rohnert park told me its there discretion to help you or not & the manager at the one i was staying in said they would have treated me like that & kept my money they said people make those mistakes all the time true story so heads up if you want to do bussiness with the haters & money hungry opportunist at the petaluma worst western!
Noteworthy details: They will keep your money & deposit any chance they get make a simple mistake and they will capitalize on your mistake & keep your money rather than work with ya like a real human being with friendly customer service they are not. i made a simple mistake on my reservation & they treated me like i was an x con & didnt care to hear anything i said just wanted to keep my money plain & simple like hungry dogs just waiting for you to drop something. their service stinks & the best western in rohnert park was surprised how they treat people & keep their money. Stay away from petaluma best western there not people friendly!

Checked in here and loved my stay.
The check in process was smooth and the staff were so courteous with such a wholesome array of food for breakfast.
Rooms: Very clean, loved how skin friendly the bathroom products were.

Everything was remarkable clean . Very friendly helpful quiet at night. Accessible to near by restaurants. We traveled from lousianna on vacation. The breakfast was outstanding. Housekeeping was great keeping the room clean .daily

Very upset, we left three things in our room and went back two days later when we realized our stuff had been left behind and discovered that room service stole our things. Hotel staff said not one of our items was in lost and found. Truly upsetting to not be able to trust hotel staff. Room was clean and our stay was fine otherwise. Don’t leave anything in your room, you won’t get it back.

Stayed last night. Woke up this morning to a dent in my door and my sunroof shattered!!! I asked the front desk if they had cameras and she said no I told her what happened and she said oh sorry have a nice day and didn’t bother to help with anything else! Will not be recommending this stay to anyone!

This is a spot I had not previously noticed. However, it's location is ideal, rooms very comfortable, free breakfast was decent and I will return again. Highly recommended if you are looking to stay in the South end of Petaluma.

Our experience at the Best Western in Petaluma, CA is always good. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The family always enjoys the free waffle breakfast. We always enjoy the large rooms. We always stay when we visit our family up north. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, SAFEWAY and Trader Joe's, NOAHS bagels, Mc Donalds and banks as well as different shopping centers across the street.
