sparse. not the GameStop i remember. staff extremely helpful. most likely underpaid, if there were other places to get the same items, then I'd recommend elsewhere.atmosphere felt like an ebay listing IRL. wall Street may like it, but the actual store isn't what i expected.

Super friendly dude welcomed us in and did their best to help us out. We came looking for older games on platforms like the Nintendo DS. They did have Nintendogs, but it was slim pickings. Apparently all of the DS and 3DS pre owned were bought out shortly before Christmas. The only other older games were for Wii, PS3 and Xbox 360.Store was clean and they did have a nice selection of newer games, too.

Made a special trip to this location to support a local business, but unfortunately even though it was 5:30pm, the lights were on and the "Open" sign was lit, the doors were locked and nobody was there.

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find some games for older consoles such as Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS and 2DS/3DS. They will price match the GameStop website. There were a lot of clearance items when I went.

These peeps know their job. Well? They did. Most of them just walked out the door, or at least they told me that they were all quitting. But! While they were there. I could toss all kinds of questions at them and they'd find an answer if they didn't know it.

It seems clean and well organized. I keep forgetting to check if these places have handicap accessible entrances because I don't need them myself. I had to return an item recently and didn't get any trouble beyond a question or two.

Wow... The workers here are super friendly and knowledgeable in addition each employee has a memorable personality. This makes it easy to shop there and I already have more than a few fond memories with my family at this location.

I had a terrible experience with customer service today. I was turned away from trading in an Xbox series S and was treated like a criminal when being implied to leave the store. Apparently it's "policy" and when I asked for them to pull it up I was given the "I'm a manger" talk. I immediately called another GameStop and was given a very sincere and honest answer of how to proceed with the trade. So, I went to the Rohnert Park Gamestop, traded in the Series S and got a Series X right out of the back. I really hope that the Petaluma GameStop will be as good as the Rohnert Park one in the future. The total lack and disregard for customer questions is something that is holding Petaluma's GameStop Franchise back from being a place where gamers love to congregate. I hope that this review will give some insight on how customers are treated when trying to trade something in.
