I purchased my first car from Hansel Honda, and I want to give a full 5-star rating for the amazing experience. I am new to the United States, and my credit score was not strong enough, but the team at Hansel Honda still worked hard to help me get a great deal.
A special thank you to Kaden, my sales representative. He was extremely patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, guided me through each step, and made the experience smooth and stress-free. Buying my first car here was truly a great experience.
I highly recommend Hansel Honda and especially Kaden for anyone looking to purchase a car. Excellent service and great people!

Hansel Honda is a great dealership to purchase a vehicle from. They are such a authentic and friendly bunch of folks. I had the pleasure of working with a salesman by the name of Kaden. He blew absolutely blew my mind away with how thorough he was showing me all of the vehicles features. I am still blown away by everything that the car has to offer. I purschased a black 2025 Accord Sport Hybrid. Great on gas ⛽️ , comfortable, and oh how I do love a new car smell. This is the 4th vehicle that I have purchased from this location, and I have had at least 4-5 other family members buy from this dealership. They really are A1 when it comes to being customer friendly and not just looking for a sale. I highly recommended this dealership and I'll be back when my son has really mastered driving and gets a new car, passing on my 2013 to his younger sister. My new whip, ride, 2025 Accord Sport Hybrid in black. I added some tint a few weeks later.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing my ‘new’ Lexus Is250 from this dealership a couple days ago. The Gsm Louis was able to make some magic happen and get me an approval when I didn't have the best credit. The salesperson Dillon was attentive and good follow up. Ivan in finance was a pleasure as well. Made it quick and easy, efficient, & I was provided a copy of my documents right then and there. Would highly recommend this dealership. I have not had a vehicle for quite some time .. I decided at this time I wanted to purchase a Honda so I went to Petaluma Honda ... I had amazing service from Kaden and Ivan... I told them what I was interested in and it was such a blessing they had exactly what I was looking for. The same day I drove off the lot with my beautiful Honda Civic.. tried to call to buy a private car i had listed, strung me along and then said they are a wholesale buyer for hansel aka offering pennies for cars, if they didnt waste my time being sneaky and dishonest i wouldnt leave a review, buyers and sellers bewares of hansel. EDIT: it was hansel for their seasonal buying of cars some special program! all of the dealers are owned by hansel! so it all HANSEL!!!!

I pulled up at 6:40am to have my Odyssey serviced and was almost immediately greeted by McKenna's kind smile. She welcomed me by name. It was a great start to an all-around pleasant experience. I appreciate that Hansel Honda service offers such a nice waiting area. That their service providers text you is also appreciated.
In addition to my regular service, it was recommended that I replace my tires. McKenna made sure I knew how to secure the rebate. I feel like she's an advocate for her customers.
I trust the employees at Hansel Honda. They're concerned with safety and with their customers' experiences. They earn customer loyalty with each positive interaction.

Never a problem with Sales dept, service dept could’ve been helped better by one specific guy who didn’t provide all the info I needed, therefore creating more inconvenience for me when purchasing/replacing my tires. Everyone else was cool and helpful, shoulda just asked to be helped by someone else.

After a 11.5 year run with my old car, which I also bought at Hansel, it died. Marci was super responsive and was able to find the exact car I wanted. Once it arrived, it was a super quick and easy experience at the dealership. The last thing I wanted was for it to take hours. Everyone was friendly and respectful (I’ve found that some dealerships can have condescending salespeople). I drove into the sunset after about 1.5 hours happy and satisfied!
