Awesome buying experience! Aristotle helped us and could not have asked for better service. We had our toddler with us and Aristotle made us feel very comfortable with him there. He made it fast, easy and still answered all our questions! We ordered a great new mattress, really looking forward to the fast delivery tomorrow!Highly recommend for next mattress buying needs! A very family friendly place!

We went in looking for a twin size bed for my daughter. We were immediately helped by an employee named Aristotle. He was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Aristotle explained all the benefits of each mattress and offered suggestions based on the way my daughter sleeps in bed. The process was very efficient and delivery is expected this week. The store was laid out very well with lots of different beds in affordable price ranges. The best part was that they listened to your price range and tried to show you all options in that range. If you're looking for a bed check out this location and definitely ask for Aristotle.

Phenomenal experience! First time experience buying from a in person mattress store, not on line, and I’m glad I did! Aristotle the manager was not only knowledgeable, he was not at all pushy like most sales people (cough cough a few of the other mattress locations I visited). He helped me find the perfect mattress that fit my needs at a great price. I can’t wait for it to be delivered!

I am rating this place a 1 star because I tried to return the mattress I bought but when the movers came, they could not find the "Do not remove" label and so they couldn't take it away. I obviously did not remove the label and so the bed must have come without it so I would be unable to return it from the beginning. Now I'm stuck in this limbo, as they talk to corporate to see what can be done. They have been emailing corporate for 2 weeks now with no response. The trouble is that I am moving and need to get rid of the mattress somehow. The mattress itself was very comfortable but me not being able to return it makes me feel like I've been scammed. I recommend you check to see if the "Do not remove" label is there before the movers leave if you buy a mattress from them.

I bought a mattress almost 3 years ago paid over $1000 for it. I am an average size person and the mattress had a slope that I kept rolling into. I messaged the company I use their measurement chart I took pictures of the mattres. I did everything they wanted me to do and they said it was just natural wear. I've had a couple mattresses in my life and they definitely lasted more than three years. Their customer service was horrible. I tried to email them again and they said your case has been closed! that was it didn't even try to work with me.

James was incredibly diligent and helpful finding my aunt a mattress that fit her needs! He was really knowledgable about different deals and perks we could get in addition to the mattress. We spent maybe 20 minutes there in total and felt really taken care of. Well worth the trip to Petaluma!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a mattress with my boyfriend. We will be moving into a new place soon and James was magnificent with staying within our budget. He showed us many options, explained why each mattress was different and what their individual qualities were. We were able to have a great conversation about not only mattresses and sheets, but our personal interests. Overall James was 100/10 and would recommend him for all your mattress buying needs!
