This video game store has a few retro arcade games to play. Very tidy. This place has just been a great addition to the surrounding community.

Great spot to find a game you’ve been wanting in your collection or something fun as a gift for a loved one. Friendly service and excellent care of their customers. Those guys know their stuff.

I love this place! Local couple owns it and are some of the most friendly people ever. Very welcoming to me and my wife, super open to answering all of my beginner questions about old systems with a smile ◡̈ a 100% go to for anyone looking for games! Tons of plushies for Pokémon, Kirby, old arcade systems to play on — a collectors dream if you’re looking for any system and games. Wii, old XBOX, all Nintendo systems, game boy!!

Great service! They took the time to troubleshoot an old system I was given and made sure it worked properly and provided me with the adaptors for todays new tv’s. Amazing selection of games and just a great atmosphere. Highly recommend and they definitely gained a new customer.

Having been to multiple “retro game shops” throughout the Bay Area, Nostalgia Alley is the only one I will be back to! From the second I walked in, I couldn’t stop smiling. The walls are all lined with game galore. The best part was the people who work there and the owner. I talked games with them all, it didn’t feel like I was a customer, felt like I was catching up with old friends. Everyone was legitimately friendly and knowledgable in games. I wasn’t looking for anything in particular when I came, but I left with a good stack of games for different systems. As someone with a sizable game collection already, it was great to be able to buy stuff that I still don’t own. Their selection is really vast, they don’t just carry all the big games that you already have. Their pricing is also SUPER competitive. Expect to pay market price for games, they don’t have crazy mark ups like other shops do on their stuff. I had to restrain myself from purchasing all the stuff I wanted. I picked up two grail items, a CIB gamecube Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess, and an original case for Metroid Zero Mission— again for market fair prices, if you like to support local this is huge! The shop is truly a treasure I can’t wait to be back!

Very nostalgic lol! They have a good variety of games and they are all fairly priced. The also have a section of merch and nicnaks that are absolutely adorable. I love coming in and playing the arcade games. (Also the shop dog is so precious)

Calling all collectors, gamers, or anyone with an itch for some nostalgia, this store has got your back. The owner and employees are some of the nicest dudes I've met in a business. A lot of game stores are filled with bad prices, bad attitudes, and little to no customer service. This store is full of love for the local community and gaming community and you can feel it. There's something for everyone from cheap arcade machines to play, plushies from a bunch of franchises, and of course..video games. Lots of them and amazing choices and prices too. Today was my first time here and after trying many game stores in the Bay Area this one became my favorite in an instant. I will be back. :)

Absolutely loved this store! So much cooler than any other video game store that I have *ever* been in. They did an excellent and quick job with my game trade in, and all of the games that they sell are in incredible condition. Can't recommend them enough!

The folks here are super friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted a wavebird but the ones they had in atock were still in the back. They were kind enough to call me when it was ready, let me pay over the phone, and allow someone else to pick it up for me (I don't live nearby). They were super patient of my calls to check status too. Their quality is also top notch. They said the controller had sharpie stain they couldn't get out but when I received it, I could barely find a stain! I'll definitely be stopping by here every time I'm in the area.

This place is awesome! Having grown up in the 90s/00s it feels like being brought back in time to when video games were not only a digital experience, but a physical one as well (ie blowing on old cartridges). There's loads of modern video games and geeky memorabilia. Pokemon, Mario, Sonic, Pac Man, you name it, they have it! For peeps like me who still have their old systems and games, I'd recommend it for trading in and potentially upgrading your collection.I had my old Sonic 3 cartridge with the label torn, which bummed me out. So I traded it in, got some money back, and purchased a like-new Sonic 3 cartridge with the original box! Amazing! I'll definitely be coming back to upgrade my other items.Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable as well. Dog-friendly too. Expect the place to be busy on weekends!

Hello there! Had a wonderful time in the store. Just wondering what's the return policy?! I just bought an N64 this last weekend and I'm playing my NES more. I'll come back for the 64 another time.

Great place, wonderful employees! I love buying Pokémon games and plushies for reasonable prices, and my dad loves the retro Tetris arcade machine they have (along with about 5 other retro arcade machines). I go here every time I’m in Petaluma!
