-100 stars if I could. I send out several packages a week through UPS and I used this store ONE time and they “lost” my package. The only scan my tracking number shows is that I dropped it off and it never left their store. UPS corporate and the Petaluma UPS warehouse both told me it never left their store. Talked to the manager and he gave me absolutely no solution and claimed his security cameras don’t go as far back as the date I left my package. Do not use this store

Unbelievable young man who helped not only me but watched him help multiple customers. I did not get his name but he was working alone at 2:45 on December 5,2023. Excellent employee and excellent service and truly just plain kind and calm. Great experience

This location I use a lot, it is near my mothers house. We have had to do paperwork and notary’s here, shipping and packaging. Every time I’m there, so is Greg, he’s the best worker, efficient and very helpful. They can do a lot at this location.

I really have to say Greg at this location is an impressive worker. He is always there when I come in and helps me with everything I need. He can pack perfectly and help 4 people at once. We've used notary services, printing, packaging, and shopping and this is my favorite location because off him.

Absolutely worst customer experience.I dropped off my package here in September 2022, and it got lost. When we found out that it went missing, their employees were very unhelpful, unempathetic and kept telling me they are “just a franchise and not the UPS” so there is nothing they can do and it’s not their problem.The older guy who works there is condescending, immature and unprofessional. He took my complain personally, saying “I didn’t lose it” - and started to argue back.I contacted the customer support at UPS headquarters asking for help but they also refuse to take responsibility and kept telling me to resolve the issue with the store.They lost the package and that was bad enough but how they handle the problem was even worse. I’d expect a respectful and professional attitude at least.I tried to have the manager (Greg) call me but he never have. Emailed 2 times, nothing. Their phone number is only answered by a robot and impossible to speak with a human.I am extremely disappointed and shocked to see how they could be the way they were. I do not recommend using this store.

Lazy worthless employees that think they are too good to do amazon returns.I have done dozens of returns and they are always a pain to deal with and now they want you to change the settings on your phone so they can do the return...This is just a way to inconvenience customers so they don't come back and was never necessary before with any return or anywhere else you take returns.If you think you are too good to do returns than work somewhere else. This is where your company has agreed to take returns.

Sadly, not a very punctual business. Store hours say 8 AM on Wednesday, yet after trying the door at 8:10 AM and again at 8:45 AM, while waiting in my car, the store remained closed.I won’t be back because I need dependable service for my business.

SUPER passive aggresive rude older gentleman assisted me. He was perfectly nice to the customer in front of me, and his attitude completely shifted when I approached. Tried to drop off Amazon returns here and the man behind the counter was super nice to the dude in front of me, but when I had a simple transaction to return 3 different orders, he acted like I've never done such a transaction in my life. He argued with me about the process and when he messed up, he blamed me. He didn't listen. He was outrageously condescending. Then he tried to charge me $3 for an "envelope" for one of the returns. I've never had to pay anything to return something to Amazon. When I asked for proof of the transaction, he pointed to a "label" he had already given me, but it didn't have tracking info or anything, which was sketchy AF as I needed proof I returned these items, so I wasn't charged. All I can think is that he either patronizes women as a practice and talks down to them, and/or is hatefully homophobic. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. I'm typically a joyful and friendly person and his treatment of me was enraging. Never going back.
