Everything I come to the location I always get a attitude from the staff just cause I want to deposit in my account like it's a hard thing to do for the staff . And the other time some money came up missing after I paid my overdrawn fee and I was charged 140 dollars. I don't recommend this location

I was trying to establish an account at this bank. My sibling and I were discussing a public issue while the employee was performing her duties. She rudely asked us to stop talking, insinuation she did not approve of our topic. She later ends up being promoted after a complaint is issued regarding her unprofessional conduct to a consumer. In another instance, I had a check to deposit, it was a six figure check and I was told it was a phony. I reminded them that a bank holds on to a check for up to seven or more until the check is cleared. My experience at this Pico Rivera Branch has not been memorable. I closed all accounts and switched to a more friendly and service oriented bank not far from this location.

now I know why the ATM ? is always out of order? be very careful and check ur monthly statement cuz it deducted 500.00dls twice in one day..luckily I was going through my August statements and discovered the error and that was 2mo.ago and they won't tell you

I wish this had the option of zero stars worst costumer service ever! Their employees are so rude I went to go cash a check with them and the employee told me she couldn't cash my check and told me she couldn't tell me why she didn't even try to be any help or give me any second options! I called them later on in a day to make a complaint about that and the person who helped Sylvia was so rude! And hung up on me.

The employees are either treated terribly or incredibly unhappy in their personal life. The females resemble a click of cruel high school girls and behave that way as well. If it weren’t for their old appearance, you’d believe it. An overall unpleasant and unwelcoming environment. I hope that life is more kind to them moving forward because it’s obvious that they are completely miserable. It’s very easy to be nice to people, this coming from a customer service worker, and it seemed super difficult for them to even smile. Although, it could’ve been the excessive amount of makeup they’re wearing that prevents them from smiling.

Hate this bank! They still haven't increased they're hours and close at 4pm, which is such an inconvenience because we need to deposit our rent into our landlord's account.

I lost my card went to this branch ordered a new card when I received I had wrong name on card ordered a new card it would not work. I talked to (Trey) (Alondra) and Supervisor (Trish) in business customer service department they were no help at all.

Unprofessional! After today's interaction with Bank of the west, I am now closing my account and taking my money to Chase!! If you are not appreciated by your bank and giving them business, take your money some where else!!

Pico Rivera location only: Unprofessional group of employees. They don't even attempt to help the customer. Has been that way for at least 6 years. Brea location on the other hand provides superb customer support. They enjoy what they do. I've only been going there for two years and they always greet me with a smile. Stay away from Pico location. Management needs to get an entire new staff. Giving a one star wasn't my choice, I would have given no stars. Customers deserve better.
