Great experience with my new personal trainer, Carolyn! She was knowledgeable, approachable, and made sure to tailor the workout to my goals. Gym had good machine selection, isn't too crowded, and all the staff are attentive. Looking forward to more training sessions when I'm back in the area!

New female trainer at this location took a weight off of my machine while I was still using it. Spoke to the manager and nothing was done. All he did was leave a note for his boss. Unbelievable.

This gym is great! I come for the Zumba class Monday- Saturday @ 8am. It has a great atmosphere and friendly staff. Joselín in the front is very nice and always helpful. Also, monthly fees are kept reasonable and affordable. I recommend you try it.

I've been coming here for awhile now. And over all I'm pretty satisfied. It's not too busy, the music is fun, and the overall vibe is nice. I also tried the HIIT class with Jason. It was intense but overall very fun. I recommend checking it out!

I like the atmosphere here at fitness at 19. On several visits I’ve been helped by numerous staff, Jason especially is very helpful with tips and tricks on how to get better and comfortable.

Gym is nice and clean. Has everything i need including tons of equipment and machines. All staff are welcoming and friendly. Will recommend to all my friends and family.

This gym is definitely the best in town. I’ve been to a lot around the area and I can confidently say I enjoy it here the most. Very clean and they have a wide selection of equipment and cool amenities for a cheap price. Front desk is very helpful and thorough during sign up
