***** I had an issue at the commercial Warehouse property, a gentleman named *John Butao, agent for the gas company showed up to take care of the situation.
Excellent customer service. very professional, and knowledgeable. Management type professional attitude.
Excellent interaction.
Also the phone Agent that helped me through the whole process *Mr. Morales had all the same attributes and was a pleasure to talk to. I would just wish that all interactions would be the same with other companies. Great job thank you much for all the help 🇺🇸

I can not understand how SoCal Gas takes over a week to simply connect the Gas. I have two elderly adults at home, one with severe health conditions, and Socal Gas refuses to send someone over and give us connection or simply turn on the Gas. According to them, they don't have enough personel. What should we here???
