If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. My dad went there because his phone wasn't working and he has insurance. The representative told him that a refurbished phone might be worse and not function properly, so they advised him to get a new phone. Taking advantage of his age, they convinced him to get a new line, leaving him with two phones to pay for because they deemed it the best solution. The next day, I contacted corporate, and they told me it was a defective device covered by warranty, even though they never inspected the phone. When we returned the phone, my dad only got $13 back out of the nearly $365 he paid because they disguised additional charges as a screen protector ($65), camera lenses ($40), and other unknown fees. They never provided a receipt to conceal the extra charges. It's sad how they exploit the elderly. I'm filing complaints with corporate, the city of Pico Rivera, and the BBB to shed light on their unethical business practices. Stay away from this store

I have gone here plenty of times it's usually Micheal who helps us, but this time it was Ryan he was very helpful and all the questions I had he answered them really well and I appreciate it so much, I thank these two for helping so much

This is the most backwards and lazy store I've ever been to. I place an order for EXPRESS PICKUP and because they're a reseller they don't even have the order. Completely defeats the purpose of EXPRESS pickup when they aren't even going to help me cancel the order so they can get the sale today. These reps are so lazy they don't even greet you when you walk in and they sure as shit don't even get off of their chair. So unprofessional but I guess that's why they work here and nowhere that actually makes anything more than minimum wage. The most hilarious thing is that the store had the audacity to CANCEL the order without notifying me until I called 3 days later and they had canceled it on the back end because I "didn't pick it up within 3 days." Keep in mind that I physically walked into the store the SAME DAY I ordered the devices and had an appointment and they flat out didn't give a shit about even looking up my order or even trying to help. This store gets the worst ratings and makes Verizon look terrible. It's a miracle that they're still open with how badly the service is here based on other reviews. (11/50--2024)

Honestly this is the worst service I've ever received. I've been a loyal Verizon customer for 7 years, despite the better rates and offers from other service providers, and my experience here seriously made me reconsider my loyalty. I brought my girlfriend here to add her to my plan and take advantage of the trade in for the iPhone 15 plus an iPad and an Apple Watch deal and almost instantly regretted it. Jaime was our sales rep and he demonstrated dishonest, malicious and predatory sales tactics. He purposefully withheld information from us and pushed products on us for what I assume was a nice commission. I ended up leaving the store with over $400 in fees and taxes and apparently a bunch of services I didn't sign up for or need. I don't wanna drone on here, but if you need details feel free to message me. Avoid this place.

My boyfriend and I went into Verizon to have me added to his plan and take advantage of their christmas special. The special included a new phone, iPad and watch. The representative ended up adding services that we never approved which caused my bill to jump to $400. In addition to this the representative lied to us about receiving $200 for getting the internet or qualifying purchase but after doing research we already qualified for the $200 through me transferring my phone number and buying a watch. Overall this store has misled us and we returned all devices and their are unable to refund us the set up fee totaling to $75

I came in here in search of a USB C adapter because I just purchased an iPhone 15 pro max from another location. I came here because it is by my job. I walked in and wasn't greeted, someone else walked in a little after me and was greeted. There was one employee helping a family but never said anything to me such as I'll be assisted shortly or anything like that. I ended up just walking out because I don't think that's how a service provider should be. At least acknowledge the customer if you see they haven't been helped yet. I won't be back.

Went in the day before Thanksgiving because i had an issue with my new phone not activating. Got there at 8 Pm and their was 2 people working. 1 Girl And 1 Guy the girl never saw when i walked in because she was in the back when i came in. The guy that was in the front never asked what we were their for or even said i will be with you shortly he just saw us and starred and turned around. Then he walked in to the back with a smirk in his face and stayed in there looking thru the glass when we were waiting to get helped. Since it was getting close to closing time i guess he didn't feel like taking someone else. I ended up leaving after 25 minutes because no one said a word to us. And ended up going to another victra location where it was 15 minutes before closing and had the opposite experience. They Were happy to help and as soon as i walked in asked what they could help me with even though they were almost closing. If i could rate this location a negative thanks to the experience i had i would. The customer service guy that was supposibly their to help did not help one bit. And what made it worse was the fact that he looked at us with a smirk when he looked at us before heading to the back!

The store was busy on Sunday; however, I believe all the reps handled it with grace. Josh, my rep, was an excellent resource and told me all my options, even providing me with options for my business services. Overall nice store, great, hardworking staff, and I will return for anything further.
