Rude office receptionist, there are a few rude technicians there as well. The doctor left early having me come pick up my pet with services not finished wasting my time. Prices are high, trying to sell test that may or may not be needed, if you don’t buy testing I was refused service. I had a very bad experience there , the place has went down hill in the last few months. I wouldn’t give them even one star. Save yourself time and money take your pets to another vet.

Tried to charge for procedure they don’t do after they held dog all day and denied doing procedure of spaying because we didn’t want to pay for additional procedures they pushed our appointment to the end of the day and said they could not do it then when we said no to the bill they banned us from the vet location poor hospitality and service negative review if I could

This is going to be my second post. My first post was about what I witnessed in the waiting room as a dog lay on the floor having seizures for at least 10 minutes. Not one staff member came out to help this poor dog. Not even the ladies behind the desk. His owner spoke very little English as they were trying to tell him another place to go. It was the saddest thing I've ever seen and their excuse was they" were just too busy". I'm sure the dog died on the way home when they sent him away. I did have my personal dog who is bit by a horse and Dr loveless performed emergency surgery which saved my dog's leg. As far as aftercare his associate she did nothing to further my dogs recovery. I went and got a second opinion where they fixed my dog's leg right to heal better what took almost 4 and 1/2 months should have only taken two. Doctor loveless is a great vet it's his staff that needs to be more sensitive to your pets

We had to put down one of our dogs and the entire process was top notch They were kind, caring and thoughtful. We even got a very sweet condolence card. Would highly recommend.

As someone who has been to all three vets in Phelan for years, this is our favorite. Dr Loveless is very thorough and gentle with the animals, and offers great insight into your fur babies. The office ladies are very friendly and the vet assistants are very sweet and helpful as well. They have taken care of us when we had to put our baby down, and are helping us take care of our other babies and new puppy. Thanks guys!

I took my dog here 2 years ago to be put to sleep. They gave her the paralytic and left us in there for 10 minutes. I had to blink my poor dogs eyes for her, tongue out on the floor, she couldn't move for the whole 10 mins, it was absolutely terrible. Never left a bad review. Now, today, my mom took my brother's 2 year old pitbull to get her fixed. She was healthy and as spunky as can be. They told her to take her home and she will come out of the anesthesia. She died 45 mins after getting her home!!! My brothers baby is dead. Do Not Take Your Pets Here. They are negligent. Not just once but twice. I would never recommend them.

Came twice, never coming back. Vet refused to provide follow-up treatment requested by emergency clinic, and lied to me about why he wouldn't do it. Better off going to someone younger who is hopefully better educated and honest. At least the vet techs are nice.

This review is a long time in the making. I could never write this for the longest time due to the grief of losing my gelding. But i had to clean my tack for auction and found his sympathy card. This vet is amazing. They were so great and kind with Leo even when he took his last breaths. And they were judgement free about me euthanizing before he could have another terrible colic episode (in which he became very prone to.) I want to thank all the staff and Dr. Loveless. You all made such a hard loss easier. Heres a photo of the dearly missed baby boy

Amazing place, receptionist A-1, means awesome ? A-1 pre-exam team gets in and out a.s.a.p . I have a very aggressive German Shepherd Heidi who is not very nice, staff got her a muzzle and handled her with care. Great place, very affordable and 100% appreciated
Thanks guys!!!

If I could give lower I would Although the vet is very good. The staff has had a tremendous turnover The newer staff is rude and has no regard or respect for peoples time. They obviously have no idea on how to schedule appointments as the wait time for an appointment exceeds 1 hour The receptionist cannot give a straight answer on how the billing works for a castration with vouchers 3 different stories for the same thing You must have a pre-op exam. Ok I can go with that. But by a trainee tech? Not even the doctor but u are charging randomly 25-50?
