if i could give 0 stars i definitely would. first off i just want to say for you to FEEL unwelcome is truly wild. im never ever one to say something and feel so sure about it but i will say as soon as we walked in the young lady who was at the register white with dark hair black/brown started saying welcome in- as soon as she looked up and saw we were of different race she dropped her smile almost instantly. okay fine i let that go then as we were about to check out she was very obviously working the register just like we walked in hut as soon as my husband and I walked up and got close enough to not misread her body language she very obvious and very rude walked away to the side to her other co worker another white female. then they starred at each other while we were waiting at the register, continued to look and each other and start nodding back fourth because the girl who was originally at the register refused to check us out for no reason at all other than our race. she did not need to be somewhere else but she then walked slowly as we were being checked out after she made her coworker do it for her and did not fix anything, or even tried to pretend to look busy or like she needed to be elsewhere. i regret even buying anything as we were very much not wanted in there. i regret also not getting her name. if she is not comfortable working with absolutely every person then i do not know why she is in customer service. i am still very upset over this encounter and will consider calling tomorrow to make a complaint about this i wholeheartedly believe it was discrimination. this happened 11/20/25 around 1-3 pm. white female with black/ brown hair.

Walked in on the weekend of black Friday. The store was busy but still seemed organized and plenty of staff were on hand. A young woman quickly approached us and helped us find the right sizes. A young man working at the fitting rooms was also very helpful and speedy. After finding that the store had run out of a size we wanted, another associate helped us quickly order the right size online and had it shipped to us. I was amazed how smooth the experience was on such a busy day! Kudos to the Levi's staff.

The Service is top notch! All employees are knowledgeable, pleasant, observant and willing to help. The questions I have. They are more for the corporate executive officers. Such as: why do you feel it is ok to make such a noticeable reduction in the quality of your blue jeans. Your 501's are just 1 specific example the material is thinner and absolutely much less durable in comparison to what they once were just 20 or so years ago. There was a time when Levi's were the ONLY brand I wore. This is no longer the case... I suppose that loyalty has gone by the wayside even for a great American name such as Levi's....
