This is the second time I have hired Shannon to sell a property. She did not disappoint and I cannot say enough about her abilities as a realtor!!
If you want a good realtor there are plenty of them out there…..but if you want a great realtor, Shannon is your person!!!!!

Awesome team!! I recently worked with Shannon and Nancy to sell a small bungalow in SLO. The experience was incredibly smooth and easy - not only are they always available for any questions, they are just such a pleasure to work with. We got an offer above asking because they knew to list it as coming soon property, which built up excitement. They coordinated everything! It was so easy - from start to finish I barely had to lift a finger:)
This was my second time working with Nancy (such a pleasure, of course I had to reach out again!!), and I would continue to work with them for any future real estate needs. I 100% recommend this team!

Best agent and team ever! Working with Shannon Bowdey and her team at SLO Happy Homes was the best experience. Shannon sold us our home four years ago. The experience was so pleasant and efficient, we knew she would do a great job at selling our home for us. The whole process was streamlined and easy for us. She provided us with a lovely packet that showcased our home, the neighborhood comps, her selling strategies and basically all the information one would want to know before listing a home. Our questions were answered immediately and her team is just as awesome and knowledgeable. She also uses a highly skilled photographer who did an amazing job. Exceeded My Expectations. When I needed to sell my home in Arroyo Grande, CA fast in September of 2023, Shannon Bowdey and her team at SLO Happy Homes, Keller Williams Central Coast did everything possible to make that happen. They were readily available all through the process to answer any and all of my questions. They helped me with home repair people, estate sale companies, appraisers, inspectors of all kinds, moving companies, debris removal and other services needed to sell a home that I knew nothing about. They did a super job marketing my property and there were multiple great offers just as they had planned. Shannon set up all the needed inspections and showings that met all my scheduling needs. Her knowledge of real estate matters far exceeded anything I could have expected, and she knew everything that was needed throughout the process. The sale followed a smooth timeline which they had given me at the beginning. She and Michelle and Nicole met and exceeded all expectations, and my move went very well. Top Notch Experience. It is never pleasant to sell a house, but they made it as smooth as it could be with great communication throughout the process. Scott was exceptional to work with and was always prompt with a thorough response to our many questions along the way. As they had to deal with three equal owners on our end, it was probably more complicated for them than a usual sale, but Scott handled it like a pro.

Shannon had the experience to help us purchase the perfect property in a challenging market. Shannon and her team worked very hard to help us find and purchase the property we were looking for. Without her experience and advice I doubt our offer would have been competitive. She was very patient with our several months of looking to find what we were looking for and the result is that we purchased what I really believe is the best house in oyr price range. Shannon and her team bent over backwards to answer our questions and help us in any way possible. I couldn't imagine using another realtor in our future purchases or home sales.
