I've been trying to find out if they have $2 in the branch but call after call, no one ever answers the phone. This branch is out of my way and I would rather not go in if they don't have $2 for my grandson's birthday.

Rather Sucked Today - No Help and No Service - to boot, 3 out of 4 ATM machines were out of cash. Really makes me wonder where they are headed as an organization.

Absolutely awful customer service. Typically only have 1-2 tellers working and rest of team seems to always be booked up. Have to come to this branch because our closest branch in Martinez is always closed. Just need to add my name to our savings account. How hard is that? Time to switch banks.

Terrible customer service!! My brother wanted to open an account and we scheduled through their online appointment. We intended it to be at the Monument Boulevard branch but the system had us scheduled at this contra costa blvd branch. We mistakenly went to the monument boulevard branch and got late to our 11:00am appointment late by 20 minutes after we were told to wait at the Monument blvd branch and waste our time and then travel another 9 minutes to get to this branch. We were turned away since they gave his appointment to someone without an appointment which is plain BS! Wasn't this bank cited by the Feds for making phantom ghost accounts for their customers?! Now they do not want to even accommodate you due to minor setbacks in your appointments? Awful, awful customer service! The bank rep who talked with us was also unhelpful nor had proper customer service skills. You cannot even empathize with your prospective customer. Stay away from this bank and go elsewhere or better yet A DIFFERENT BANK OR CREDIT UNION.

I thought I'd seen it all . Pleasant Hills Wells Fargo branch is hands down the worse bank I've ever dealt with. Insult to injury the manager literally threatened me. The teller asked for my social security number, after. I gave her my DL DEBIT CARD AND PIN, my address the company I work for. When I asked her why she said in a very rude and condescending way, "verification". Why would anyone waste so much energy being unhelpful and rude? They lied to my face and insisted I had a hold on my account I called customer service and verified there was no hold. So the teller and Branch manager lied directly my face. I WILL NEVER GO INSIDE ANOTHER WELLSFARGO BANK EVER AGAIN! I'm seriously considering switching banks because of this horrible experience Y y bank they wry be

Edit:I appreciate that Wells Fargos media team was so diligent about following up to gain insight to the experience. I realize the actions of one teller shouldn't affect the overall rating of a business so I am changing my review to reflect the great follow-up to the original situation.Original Review:I was just at this location. Around 12:40pm 3/21/22 The teller was on the shorter side, black hair, heavy eyeliner. She was incredibly rude and dismissive. She told me there would be a charge for depositing a check so I asked what the charge would be. She roller eyes and just repeated "there will be a charge" it was very strange. She wouldn't tell me what the charge would be. I also needed a signature from a banker for a verification form to purchase government bonds. She did not seem to know have any information. She said I needed an appointment so I asked to make an appointment. I was told I needed to make an appointment on the app? Very strange. I should be able to make an appointment at my local bank. I literally just needed a signature as well. I have been thinking of changing banks for years and I think this was the straw that broke the camels back. I hope this gets to management so they can get this teller some more training. And have a discussion about her attitude.

I am so tried and over Wells Fargo. It's so sad that the customer service is not there anymore. Before when opening accounts was part of their production status and incentives they would open a account for you right away. I have been to three different Wells Fargo's five different times to open a minor savings account for my daughter three out of those five times I couldn't even get someone to come up to me to find out what I needed. One guy at the pleasant hill office just continued on with this personal conversation about the weekend when the security guard told him what I was there for. I sat there for 15 minutes and he didn't even bother to come and acknowledge me. The other two locations stated they didn't have time to do it then and didn't try to make it appointment or anything it's almost like fighting to open accounts now because they don't count as part of their sales anymore

This is literally the worst wells Fargo. No customer service, the young girl teller finds arguing with customers funny. Mgrs do NOTHING! Oh they can cash a check but no cash back.. no appointments, no phone calls, no help. Everything is a mystery. Glad my $$ is here. Bank of America, chase! Here i come.

The account specialist (Aldo Reyes) who helped us open an account today was very professional and very concise. It was refreshing actually. The account details and requirements were explained clearly to us. I've been to many locations and this one made us feel the most at home. I'm definitely coming back for future appointments.

It's always and I do mean always (only have been a wells fargo member to this store for a few months)but it's so busy bring a book or your phone fully charged to keep you from going crazy ? in line.. I'm disabled, it's not noticeable and standing in line for an hour in the cold really hurts me really bad! I suppose I could go say something but it would be good if they could bring some outdoor chairs out and provide wipes to clean them off for the patrons or hire more tellers (what a concept) I'm sorry normally I try to only write positive reviews orjust don't write anything for not good experiences but this has gotten under my skin, I used to be a wells fargo member (most of my life, since age 6) used to be such a down right pleasure to have a bank that provided such great customer service (and when I was a kid they used to have cookies and coffee, water etc. I know this can't happen with covid, but I stopped banking with Wells Fargo because I was getting charged for everything single thing I did to the point since I wasn't using the account they closed it after taking all my money out. I vowed to never go back. Ive been banking at b of a for over 20+ years and have NEVER, EVER had one problem! I have to sign up to different bank for a payee account and things are OK about fees because of this reason (I think) so far. But the lines at this branch? OMG!!!
