Naomene is a very kind and attentive manager. She is knowledgeable about all aspects of the storage process. Very quick and easy to sign up. I know my belongings are safe and secure. The Total protection plan is worth the $ since it’s zero deductible compared to homeowners insurance and it’s included with the monthly rent. Thank you for all you do, Naomene!!

This storage center is a great place for your storage needs. Very quick and easy to get set up with a unit. Affordable. A variety of unit options. They're good at communicating. And the employees are helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated Kayla's help when I went to check on my unit. She was welcoming and explained what had happened to my unit in detail and what needed to get done. She even helped me find information about the unit+my account in their system and who I needed to reach out to for a specific question I had. Her customer service skills are top-knotch and she's a good communicator. Glad she was there to help me.

I needed a small storage to put away a couple of tools while I headed out of town for a little bit so I came here to US storage. That’s where I met Naomene. She is in charge of the place. She also had Brandon with her. Apparently, it is training day. First day on the job. Brandon is friendly and approachable. He introduced himself when I first walked in. Naomene then took over and gave me some rates and escorted me towards my storage. Both of them were very, very nice. I am had a wonderful experience. Not to mention The storage is very affordable. The storage they handed me was clean and ready to begin storing my equipment. it’s under lock and there’s plenty of surveillance cameras. I want to thank you guys for the wonderful experience not to mention. It was very quick and easy. Keep up the good work!
