We pay the monthly $34.99 for unlimited washes and it's totally worth it with the amount of pollen, dust, and sand our vehicle gets covered in. Highly recommend!”

I look forward to going because the cars are gonna look great it’s legitimately a joy to deal with the employees. The whole interaction is just so easy and I always leave feeling like it’s a good deal. I could spend hours doing the work myself and if I had all the time in the world, I wouldn’t mind it. I used to enjoy cleaning my cars. But man, when I can pay around $30-50 (depending on how much I want done) to have these guys do as good a job as I would do myself and have it done in less than an hour, I can’t pass it up. “I have been coming to this and their Gonzales locations for years. The wash is older now, and some things have changed, like less perks per wash. They used to give a trash bag, scent, two wipe, water bottle, and lollipop. Now they only give one wipe and scent for the $15 and $20 wash, which is less nice. I really liked hanging those trash bags on my steering wheel, but oh well. What I still like about this place beyond the convenience and their vacuum stations is that they are very good at dealing with grievances. Once, my car was specked with yellow spots after the wash and they didn’t have me run the car through again, but they hand wiped the spots off the body and windshield. Today, the water smelled like poop and the car smelled too after the wash because of the water that gets between the doors and frame. They gave me a refund pretty readily.”
“They did a very great job. They went out of their way to provide me with windshield wiper fluid when I needed it the most. A very friendly experience and a professional job. Great prices but don't expect perfection. This is not a 100 or 200 dollar wax. The wait in the morning was very short. All in all I would recommend coming here for a great price and helpful management.”

“I really like this car wash! I usually go to the one in Camarillo on Daily (same owners/company I think) but this one is closer to home so I figured I’d stop by and try it out. The brushes are good and high quality soaps. My only dislikes are that the vacuum hose I used had a gash in it so there was an air leak but, it worked surprisingly good. And unfortunately the undesirable foot traffic… I saw at least 3 suspicious characters walking by the wash stalls while I was washing my car, and one weirdo came and used the sink while I was in the back using the vacuums. But these suspicious characters just looked at me and said nothing so all was fine. But definitely be ready to see a rougher crowd in the plaza but that’s not the car wash’s fault; other stores in here like the liquor store bring the riff raff. Another thing worth mentioning: I was going to comment on the surface of the pavement — it was so cruddy and pee smells in the back vacuum area (thanks to weirdos). But I drove by today 4/16/24 and saw they were putting new pavement! So now you can wash your car and your wheels will stay clean when you drive out! ✨”

“I live in Oxnard but saw too many bad reviews about equipment at each place, so I came here and no regrets! The water pressure alone cleaned off most of the dirt and the brush is very generous with soap (even smells like cherries). I spent about $6 for 6-7min washing my car, so if you move slow you may want to bring $10 just in case. Part of me thinks their timer is faster than it should be, but I will be bringing my vehicles here from now on! **I went around 6am on Sunday and there was staff available for assistance if needed, and that says a lot to me**”
“It's a quick Car Wash that you drive into & sit inside your vehicle. You can pay for a single Wash or get the Unlimited Wash. There is an attendant waiting when you drive up, to give you a car freshener, car wipes & little trash bags if you want them. The only time you get out of your car, is if you are done with the wash & park to vacuum your car. Whether you want to vacuum your car or not, it's included & you vacuum your car yourself. I signed up for the unlimited car washes. With the Unlimited Wash you get a barcode that the Car Wash recognizes & lets you in. There's different choices & prices. What I like, is that there are other Waterdrop locations that I can also go to & get my car washed. Note: It will automatically deduct from the form of payment you provided, monthly. So keep that in mind.Tips:- Bring a car towel/rags Bec the dryer doesn't dry your car thoroughly- Find Vacuums on both sides when you're parked - There's also air hoses which is handy getting water out from the creases & side mirrors - Trash & Recycle Bins located throughout”
