I thought I would try this cleaners and brought the coupon for 30% off. It's right there on the website on the first page. The lady said sorry but Michael only will allow 20% off. I said it's right there on the website. Then she said she'd ask him and maybe she could adjust the price when I picked up the clothes. When I went back to pick up my clothes, she said she had asked him and he said no. I said he must not be interested in obtaining any new business, and that this was not okay to not honor the coupon on his own website! She said she would talk to him again and maybe he'd give me the discount next time I came in. Of course I said that, based on this bad business practice, I would NOT ever return. Clearly, he has no need for new business and no interest in his reviews by continuing to have such horrible service. Don't go there. There are plenty of other good options in our community!!

I found this cleaners 30 years ago and would switch again! Nobody like Mike , his staff and especially George who does all the alterations or anything needing work! They are an incredible team and priced well too!!!

I've been going to Mike's since May 2021 when I moved to Porter Ranch. The people who work there have always been very friendly. But my experience today with their tailor blew me away. He was beyond rude. I very rarely write reviews about a business but after today's experience with the tailor, I felt compelled to say something. I'm definitely taking all my business somewhere else after that experience.

I will never be using this dry cleaning service again. I dropped off my clothes on Thursday of last week, 3 items, one dress, one cardigan, and one blazer. The total for the three items was 33.20. I was told to return Wednesday to pick up the clothes. Upon picking the clothes up, I nothiced there was something in the zipper of my dress. I knew that the seam of the dress was coming loose again so I figured it was marked by the dry cleaner. Upon closer inspection I realized it was a piece of black fabric, either suede or fake velvet, that was stuck in the zipper area. It was a ripped piece of somebody else's clothing. Upon bringing the clothes home I took the three items out of the plastic bag and they STUNK I cannot emphasize how disgusting the smell was. I may as well have never dry cleaned them to begin with the odor was so strong. I can only guess the smell is a spice or some sort of food but it is quite disgusting. Lastly, during BOTH drip off and pickup, the owner or employee could not bother to look up from his poker game on his phone to bother paying any attention. That should have been the first sign to run out the door!

The owner here is very disrespectful and rude. He is cheap and does not have any common decensy. The dry cleaners here is complete trash. They are not good at what they do. You can tell by all the negative reviews what kind of human being he is. The owner needs to learn how to be a good human being and stop taking advantage of people. Incompetent owner. Stay away from this place.

Just moved to the area, read their reviews and dropped my goods. They were advertising about discounts and specials so asked if they had any coupons I could apply as I just moved to Porter Ranch and didn't know where to get the coupons."No coupons here. You have to wait for the coupon mailer."Really?"Uh huh. Wait for mailer"."What mailer?"Coupon mailer you get. No discount now".Thanks bro, welcome to Porter Ranch! Unwrapped my clothes and they had long, deep wrinkles which can be common for off-plant cleaners where the clothes get tossed. In addition some of the shirts were buttoned, some not, no collar clips. This was total budget-basement dry cleaning. Nothing to see here.....

I don’t know how this place has high ratings! Worst place I’ve ever been to. I told him I’m from Texas and he started mocking my accent. I don’t even know this old man to be playing with me. Too it off, the clothes were left trashy. Weird smell to it. Don’t go here.

This is the least expensive cleaners with excellent services in Porter Ranch. the tailor did amazing job on my suits and my wife wedding gown .I will always use them as my cleaners.
