The vet here was so sweet and took good care of our baby kitty. Very affordable rates and no pressure was applied to make one decision over another. Would highly recommend! They seem to genuinely care about the animals!

After several attempts to restore my maltipoo paralyzed hips and legs, I finally decided to put our sweet Alabama Lynn to rest ❤️? it was the most traumatic experience of my life, however the entire staff was so supportive and made me feel at home
While saying my final goodbyes to our babygirl. I had our baby cremated and received her ashes two weeks later in a beautiful vase. This team mailed me a check in card and sympathy card until our Alabama’s one year anniversary. They truly care ❤️?

Putting down a senior pet is hard. Several vets wanted an excessive price just to assess my elderly dog, making the process so much harder. They were great. No judgment, only compassion. They allowed me to stay with my girl until the end without extra extortion fees. Helped make a terrible time less terrible.

Honestly they have terrible communication issues I’ve been trying to get my dog in to get seen to update a prescription and it’s always something they tell me to call at 8 so I do straight to voicemail I call 3 times and still nothing I finally get through at 830 and it’s too late now smh do better

amazing, was able to call early morning and get an appointment in the same day for an emergency. great doctor and vet techs handled my dog with so much care, great recovery so far. Thank you to this care center for helping my baby

I left my two small dogs here for boarding while I took a trip. I requested they be exercised twice a day and bathed when possible. When I returned, I found out none of that happened. The reason given was they were too aggressive to handle. I had a hard time believing this as no other caregivers have had issues. I did advise they muzzle my smallest one for any shots, as he’s frightened of needles. Other than that they are loving dogs. They spent the entire eight days in their kennel without any movement. They were fed, watered and their bedding washed, but that was it. I was disappointed as I wanted them to have a good experience. There is a different boarder in the country that I’ll try next time.

In and out within an hour...We recieved the proper care and went about our day.. No complaints, only thing is the lady taking my payment looked at me all weird when I asked her the breakdown of payment.

The Doctor and all the staff are the best of the best! They are always ready to help, they are kind, courteous and so very helpful. Our dogs have always loved and I do mean loved going to the vet, that right there says something in itself. We have been with them for 20+yrs and won't stray.

I received terrible customer service experience by the receptionist. She was very rude and careless. What surprised me the most was the manager she witnessed the entire thing and said nothing. When I left no acknowledged me. It didn’t really matter that they didn’t but being a business everyone should feel welcomed and cared for. As a reminder you have food on your table and a job because of your customers.If you don’t like what you do you shouldn’t be there as a manager or owner this receptionist would not be working there. I strongly recommend not to go to this location. Driving to Bakersfield or Viselia might be a much better option. I hope this helps you!

This is the most unfriendly business I've ever had the displeasure of going to, there wasn't a friendly face or one smile given to me the whole time I was there and I was treated with outright disrespect and the doctor seem to spend as little time as possible as he could with my animal, I will never step foot in that business again and I warn others before they make the same mistake I did. I warn you now do not spend your money in that business.
