Every time I bring our work truck in they overinflate the tires, even after I said something to Marcelo. 20 psi over the recommended is not safe.

I've been going to Carrols for over 10 years loyal to the T. Unfortunately we received service so shit it was to the point I would leave embarrassed there was one employee who was helping us constantly I believe Mike? Not too sure. This review is months later. Reason being I went back multiple times because my breaks sounded so bad they said they didn't hear anything wrong. To give it time. I've been embarrassed to brake because it squeaks so bad everyone turns around and looks. I had another location take a look and they don't even want to touch the cause because they say I should have warranty and it's something Carroll's should fix. Which THEY should. But most employees just walk around like the own the tire shop and if we are wasting their time. They ruin it for employees who actually help customers.

For the sake of your life and the life of the ones you love do not use this location. Today I took my rental car in to get new tires. I waited about 2 hours. Which in all fairness is expected. However, I drove off and barely got onto the freeway and my tire fell off. Carroll's forgot to tighten the lug nuts. My teenage daughter was hurt. I now need to replace my car seats. This is one of the scariest moments of my life. See pictures

I tried putting No Stars but it wouldn'tlet me, last time I ever go to this place, I've been going to Carroll's forever. Good prices, but ya get what you pay for. He sold me old tires that had been sitting on the rack for over 2 years, to be exact (I checked the manufacturer date online). Then they snapped a lug nut & never told me. The truth is the new Manager Marcelo is Shady. it's all about reaching financial quota$ and the mechanic seemed to be in on it. As soon as got there I agreed on the tires & prices. As I waited Marcelo told me to go look at the way my car was driving, as the Mechanic was driving it in the shop, he was abruptly braking, causing the car to jerk. I bought it first, but didn't have the time to get it fixed( said I needed bushings) funny thing is that when I had it serviced at the dealership the technician reports states bushings are fine by certified experts. So I say just tires please, I'll take care of it later. When the car was finished, he reversed the car in front of the store office so that I got in & left. I'm guilty of not doing a walk around & I was I a hurry to get to Fresno, so I got in & left. My front wheel started making a weird noise & my daughter later observed the missing lug nut when she looked at the wheel,When I went back to Carroll's they did not deny the missing lug nut, the Mechanic was right there & said it was stripped so they had to break the lug nut off to change the wheels, (putting dings on my rim). About 3 weeks ago, I went in for a tire rotation & that's when they first advised me I needed new tires. ( so they striped it in the first place)After the Shady Mechanic with Glasses looked at me & I stared back & Manager Marcelo, stated he will make it right & fix it, when I get my Brakes fixed, I said OK but after this I'll get this fixed somewhere else. I don't trust them with my brakes, especially when it comes to family safety. When you go & get new tires Ione feels good about getting new tires good, instead I got burned, and that feeling stays longer. I waited a couple of weeks to post toocool off, but FTPs.

Went in this morning as a walk in. Had a nail in my tire. They patched it up in less than 15 minutes. Fast and friendly faces since the moment I was looking for a Parking spot. Definitely will return

Set me up with some tires. Fairly basic. They balanced my tires really well i don’t feel vibrations anymore. But then again my standards were pretty low to begin with considering the guy at garcias made my tire balancing even worse. The guys were helpful in helping me understand things I didn’t know needed repairing. All in all good expirence. My only complaint is it took a little longer than expected but what dosent these days so. Would recommend this place to others.

For the last ten (10) years I’ve been getting my new tires here at the “Plano street location in Porterville” and they always do a good job. For your tire, alignment and brake needs Call and talk to Mike.

I took my car to Carroll's tire warehouse in Porterville on Grand to buy brand new tires. $600 to be exact. After I left the warehouse I found my car to shake at 55+ mph. The next day I took it back to tell them about it and also to have my car aligned and supposedly they did the work to fix the problems. Another $89. Now I have to take my car back again because my car pulls to the right of the road when I drive. I wonder what that is going to cost me now. What I noticed about Carroll's is that they have way too many customers coming in for service at the same time. Too many customers wait outside for their cars to get done. Just to get my new tires took 3 hours of waiting time for me. That is way too much time. The next day the alignment took a little over 2 hours. Either their employees are not well experienced or they just don't care about the end result of their work. Having to return twice for my new tires is ridiculous and a waste of my time. Obviously, quantity is more important than quality in this business. I will never shop for tires there again.

The customer service is great and they definately take care of their customers. They dont have many tire options or services but they do reffer you to great mechanics which is very helpful.
