Just go somewhere else. Never has anything done on time, communication is horrendous.
You can’t even get a reply from a text or call. You have to keep on going to the shop and have to keep on asking over and over and over and over and over and over for months to get what you need done. Never again !

Ordered some shirts and hats from Glory Graphix, Javier and his team knocked it out of the park the quality of shirts and hats and the quality of the printing was top-notch. I highly recommend Glory Graphix for all of your graphic needs.

I placed an order for business cards on 3/2024 with Glory Graphics, but unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was disappointing. After submitting my order, I had a few questions and concerns that required clarification. Despite multiple attempts to follow up via email, text and phone calls, I did not receive any response from their team.
Effective communication is essential in any business transaction, especially when dealing with customer inquiries and order fulfillment. The lack of response left me uncertain about the status of my order and ultimately led me to seek services elsewhere.
While I cannot comment on the quality of their products firsthand, I would caution potential customers to consider the responsiveness and reliability of Glory Graphics before committing to an order. Prompt and courteous customer service is crucial in building trust and satisfaction, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet these expectations.

No communication at all. I was given a date four different days for a small order to be ready. When I called to confirm that the order is ready , I was given a different date or just no answer or return call. I was told be ready in half an hour , I come back two hours later and nothing had been even touched on my order. No call no communication. I don't understand the dishonest, I want to support the small businesses in our community but the complete lack of caring about customer service is unexceptable.

Asked for a cap design for the last 2 weeks and had a design and everything sent in. Been asking for it for the last 2 weeks as of yesterday has not had it done. Excuses on top of excuses and not answering phone calls after agreeing to so by monday. They're not a professional service, 100% Do not recommend going here as it shows that they cannot be responsible.
