Christine was great, went above and beyond. Her installer put the carpet in my place almost 3 years ago. Having been a carpet installer myself for many years I asked the man if he was going to stretch the carpet. He said this particular weight of carpet doesn't need stretching. I disagreed and said all carpet needs to be stretched.
So now , sorrowfully, I am the proud owner of many wrinkles as I knew would be the case.

The Carpet Lady, better known as Christine, is a very friendly woman who knows her business. She quickly provided a carpet sample that worked perfectly for our living/dining room area. Just to be sure, she sent us home with several similar samples for us to observe at home during different times of the day. Her team of two men arrived early (WOW!) for installation and they were done in 1 1/2 hours! They were quiet, respectful, friendly, and efficient. The carpet looks great and we're very happy with all aspects of the job.One helpful hint: be sure to ask if there's a particular brand of vacuum cleaner that will not work well with the carpet you select.

If you are looking for excellent flooring options at a reasonable price, look no further. We got several quotes from the big box stores but Christine's was the best choice/combination of quality, value, and timeline.Christine (aka the Ramona carpet lady) provided us with amazing customer service. She came out to our place and did all the measurements. She showed us a couple options for the carpet we were looking for. And provided us a quote within 24 hrs. She was able to schedule our install appointment for the very next week. Wow. Installers completed the job within the estimated 4-5 hrs (when does that ever happen) and boom we had new carpet. We are so happy with the product and grateful that we met Christine.If you have a flooring project, we recommend you start with Christine. You won't be disappointed. Christy is Great! I went to her based upon local advise and am glad that I did. She helped me through the miasma of carpet types, colors, patterns, materials, and price. She gave pluses and minuses and let me decide what I wanted. Together we made the selection. The installer was quick and efficient. Altogether it made a carpet replacement more of a joy than a burden. I highly recommend The Carpet Lady of Ramona for any flooring job.
